I don't use price as my final determination. I also checked his reviews and they were all excellent. Shane came over my house to give me an estimate and show me some carpet samples. He was very professional and polite. I chose my carpet, put down a deposit and Shane told me when he expected the carpet to come in. He did advise me that there might be a delay due to supply chain issues. While waiting for the carpet, Shane was easy to get a hold of and he was very communicative. The carpet came in when he thought it would and we scheduled the install. When Shane arrived to install the carpet he was very careful and meticulous. He put down clean gripping drop cloths wherever it was necessary while he worked. He made sure that his tools and carpet weren't in the way of foot traffic. Shane is a hard worker and you can see the pride he takes in his work. He completely moved our bedroom furniture, removed the old carpet and pad and installed the new carpet, and replaced our bedroom furniture, in one bedroom, in one day. He not only installed the new carpet but he fixed a squeak we had in the floors of both bedrooms. Shane made sure we were happy with the furniture placement and was very careful moving it. The next day, Shane removed the furniture, removed the old carpet, installed the new carpet and replaced the furniture in our smaller bedroom/office, in a half a day. The products Shane uses are top of the line, unlike Home Depot and he goes above and beyond when installing the carpet. Shane is professional and trustworthy and does incredible work, you won't be disappointed.

I asked Roberto, when he does the job, does he come to site himself , he said no, he had guys that come, but they don't speak English, only Spanish. I asked how I can convey to them what I need them to do/be aware of. Roberto said write it up and he'll tell them. So we did, only 4 things. For 1st Floor: * Requesting Dust less/Canister Vac when sanding. * WHOLE LOWER LEVER WAS JUST FRESHLY PAINTED! I understand there could be touch ups on the floor baseboards, which I will take care of. * Would like plastic on kitchen Cabinets -PLEASE USE TACKS NOT TAPE! For 2nd floor: * PLEASE COVER RUG and EDGE of Rug WITH PLASTIC & TAPE, this was also just installed. * Please cover lower end of all white spindles as well, they were also just painted. If in fact, he didn't lie these, then it shows he don't care about your home, only the money and the job. 4 days from the actual job, and after we hired movers to move everything out of house, I got a call from his office manager, telling me they can't do the job and canceled the job! Reason: Roberto can't meet my demands. They weren't demands, they were instructions for his guys who don't speak English! She also told me his guys are out on workman's comp and he's really busy. When I spoke to him the next day, he told me that he really busy and can't do it. He claims he wasn't aware that she told me it was because he didn't like my instructions (demands?). When I told him, I think your covering up for her mistake, he started to tell me, if I know how to run a business 101... I told him, if you were that busy, and using that as an excuse, why bother setting up an appointment for an appraisal in the first place? Just tell me your to busy and can't take on new clients.! Update: Roberto called me back and left me voice message from his cell, calling me a "F-ing bitch" and I needed psychological help. Then he kept calling and harassing me all night from his cell and office, I had to block him. Is this how a company is supposed to be? I would look elsewhere.. Very unprofessional!
