Requested an appointment for a chipped tooth because I am in pain and can't chew…read more I show up to my appointment and all they are asking me about is the "cleaning and exam" which I tell them I could definitely use one of those but I make it clear that the main priority is filling in the chipped tooth preventing me from eating. They go ahead and do the X-Rays, exam, and cleaning before they tell me they aren't going to be doing the filling that I made the appointment about in the first place and was repeatedly asking about because I'm literally in pain and can't eat. They also wanted about $300 or so more on top of the $129 they charged for the exam and cleaning and wouldn't be able to do it for another 2 days. During my most recent appointment, I arrived on time for my 10:30am slot and ended up waiting over 30 minutes. While I was still waiting, other patients were being called ahead of me, which was frustrating and confusing. When I finally went up to the front desk to reschedule, the receptionist asked for my name again and still seemed unable to locate me in the system, even though she had already checked me in earlier. There was no acknowledgment or apology for the long wait. Instead, I was offered a new appointment over a month later, at the end of May. This isn't the first issue I've had either, on a previous occasion, I was told I'd receive a call to schedule an appointment, but after waiting a full month with no follow-up, I had to reach out myself. Extremely Disappointing Experience - Beware…read more I usually don't write reviews, but I felt obligated to share what happened to me at this dental office. Despite all the glowing 5-star reviews, my experience was quite the opposite -- and I strongly urge others to approach with caution. I came in needing a simple filling for a cracked tooth. Dr. Hossam Abdelsalam did the first procedure, and the filling fell out within 2 days. I returned, and another (more experienced) dentist redid the work. That filling lasted about two months. Unfortunately, when I tried to get it fixed by a different dentist, my insurance wouldn't cover the rework -- so I was stuck going back. When I returned a third time, Dr. Hossam Abdelsalam was immediately defensive and confrontational. He accused me of doing something to "destroy" their work, which was not the case -- the filling came out during basic daily brushing and flossing. He then told me I needed a crown and refused to do another filling. I asked for their decision in writing -- they ignored the request. A few days later, I got a formal letter saying they would no longer treat me. On top of all that, their routine cleanings are very rushed -- nothing close to what I expect from a professional hygienist. It felt like they were cutting corners across the board. This experience has left me frustrated, dismissed, and now dealing with dental issues that could've been avoided with proper care. I'm about to report the situation to the dental board and am sharing this in the hope that others don't go through the same thing. Please be wary of the overly positive reviews and trust your gut.
