Franklin Park Mall is actually nice. I've been here many times over the years, and walking through it today, it's far better than I remember from back in the day. Dillard's has always been here, but now they have an Apple store, a Macy's and lots of nicer restaurants around compared to years ago. I came here today on my way down to Findlay and stopped in to do some shopping. I was impressed with the store selection and how many nicer tenants they have here. Great selection of stores for shoppers of all kinds. Mall's clean and I feel like I can literally find what I may need here. There's also some great stores surrounding it here like a Kohl's, so you can easily spend an afternoon shopping here. I'm impressed with what's become of Franklin Park Mall. In the day and age of internet shopping, it's nice to go into a place where I can actually touch, feel and try on the clothing instead of guessing how it's going to fit. Also, plenty of food options for almost everybody.

Seems like most malls are dying a slow death. This mall doesn't have many stores with known brands. There is a Macy's, Dillard, Apple, and Dick's Sporting Goods. There's actually 1 outlet store - J Crew. The food court looked big with quite a few restaurants.

My go-to spot for shopping in Toledo. I can bring the whole family and we can get everything done in one shot. There is a handful of good restaurants here, if you want to take a break while spending your cash. There is a movie theater & even a Dave & Busters! Franklin Park Mall is conveniently located off 475, just a handful of minutes south of Michigan!

Yes they have a Rave Theatre here that's why we came. We have been in town since Wed and I think we found out where everyone is....! Lol. Well it is Sat and lots of people are out with the kids today. After we came out of the movie he wanted a salad. Found one at Kabob it. A Greek salad yum with pita and taziki. Pretty tasty too! The food court is huge and something for everyone! Lots of strollers today. They also have a good variety of shopping too.

I've noticed recently that a lot of stores have left the mall. Some of them were my favs. I already miss William & Sonoma. My family loved Teavanna. The Limited was one of the few places where I could find pants that fit. While I enjoyed the gray sales that NY & Company had as they departed, the mall is lacking without them. I am a fan of Auntie Anne's, they have great customer service.

This is a really nice and huge mall. Most of the stores are on the main level but some of the stores have escalators up to a second level. They even have a movie theater and that is located on the second level. It's got a nice food court and a great variety of stores.

It has a few stores that I like and it's in between the Flint area and metro Detroit, so it'll do in a pinch if I'm in the Brighton area, which happens now and then. They have a varied selection of stores, ranging from Dick's and Barnes and Noble to J. Jill, Claire's, Pier One and Five Below, plus a whole lot more, in addition to a few decent watering holes and eateries. In truth, they have more restaurant options than I would assume they might at such a small-ish open air/strip mall. It's better than having limited options or eateries with excessive lines or a crappy food court with just fast food garbage. I like the Pier One store, but the Barnes and Noble is not my favorite B & N location, but it's still nice to have a brick and mortar book store in the area. This mall has a few shops that we don't have at home, plus a variety of others that we do. Other than that, the parking is adequate and the location is pretty decent and convenient, just off the expressway. I'd like to see a few more boutiques open up, but for now, the mix of retailers is decent, relatively varied and the options for food & drinks is great for such a small venue.

This place is a mini mall not a big mall. This place is very neglected unfortunately! There are giant holes the restrooms. They still had Christmas decorations up in July! They had parts of the mall section off but as a mini mall that could be walked around in like 3 minutes! It's got some unique shops to them but really it's more of a gathering space too assistant connects to other big box stores. There's an abandoned Carousel too. Inside of the place is old and outdated. It still gets fair foot though regardless

Oh and don't forget the Chocolate shop for those who are chocolate addicts. I come here from time to time and bring my kids here and they like the spinning doors, Five Below and Dollar Tree. If you're looking for a outlet mall type experience, Jackson Crossing comes pretty close, it doesn't have everything a full mall would have but they have enough. They have some discount stores that people will often frequent. If you're in Jackson and have nothing to do, you would probably come to Jackson Crossing.
