There was no timeframe associated with the "morning" appointment. I contacted my usual technician via text message and he stated he didn't know when he was getting here and couldn't give me a time at all. I called the office. The girl at the office answered the phone very nice but then had poor customer service skills. She told me she couldn't get a hold of the technician so she couldn't give me an answer as to the time. I explained that I had called my landlord at 5am (it's almost 7:30 now), and texted him to say there's a bat in my apartment, and I haven't heard back yet but I need it removed. They have been great to deal with and affordable to inspect and setup traps and catch the squirrel. They caught one and will make sure here are no more before taking the traps away.
