The Link, is an a-m-a-z-i-n-g place that satisfies my physical senses (smell, eyes, hearing, touch)! As soon as i walked in the door I was greeted by a pleasant fragrance and aroma! The Link is my kind of place, it's thoughtfully decorated with a beautiful, contemporary decor! I was invited to relax & receive my treatment (s) in an atmosphere of good music (softly playing in the background, thanks to Alexa ). The big pillowy massage chair absorbed & massaged my "whole body" (feet, legs, arms, back, & neck)! ...and when it came time for Dr. Wright to work his magic, with his hands & special tools (I should probably be a case study for students, my muscles were so tight, from years of neglect) that he had to pull out his "big-guns of chiropractic tools," otherwise we were going to be there all day!!! Lol But, Dr. Wright got me together! After all of this, I felt super relieved of my chronic back pain! I'm talking about: Standing up Straight; No Pain in my Back/Body, Instant Improvement in my Walking; No More Neck Strain! ....and just think all of this happened on Day 1!!! I can't even imagine what else I have to look forward to! If you are in constant pain, have paid multiple visits, to various Chiropractors, it's time to try Dr. Wright and his Team, at the Link! Not to mention, appointments were often rushed through and the quality of care poor. A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Alberty, and thanks to him, my lower back issue has been resolved - I feel like a brand new person! The main issue I had is that your time is shared with another person. I needed 100% PT time. Luna Physical Therapy offers individual PT in your house. Many of the exercises are devised from things you have in your home, stairs, chairs, walls, etc. I purchased a chair elliptical machine to help in my progress. Any concerns or questions you have are also addressed immediately. It's been a such a positive experience for me that I told my doctor about Luna. FACILITY: The building is very clean and spacious. You can find seating almost everywhere in the building as you wait. Concierges are available to assist you to your destination. CARE: I have visited various specialists in this building. Most healthcare providers at this location are thorough, friendly, and a joy to interact with. There are a few very gifted surgeons and excellent doctors here that I was deeply impressed with. I had the best experiences here with OBGYN and Pulmonology offices. Unfortunately not such good experiences with ENT's and allergists. APPOINTMENTS: Appointments and follow-ups with this location leave much to be desired. The process is not patient centric. Some appointments here require scheduler approval if seeing a specialist. More than once my scheduled appointments had to be cancelled last minute due to being scheduled with the wrong specialist. They were scheduled either by the main appointment line or the scheduler. The entire process is very difficult and stressful. Easier and more routine appointments are better scheduled through the main appointment line. PARKING: Parking and valet here are very messy. It's been such an evolving problem that I choose to take a ride share every single time. The valet is not efficient, there is a huge car bottleneck. The intake and return of vehicles is very unfriendly. The wait to valet before and after your visit is very long. Every single time I left a vehicle in their care there were subtle changes like seat modifications or other. I absolutely do not enjoy using the valet here. I recommend this location for care. However, please plan for extra time in order to park or valet, navigate the building, and surrounding construction. If it's your first time at the building, please know that there is great support with building navigation.

I had a chance to work with almost all the therapists. All are equally great. At the end of my scheduled appointments I had my final evaluation and I was sad because I was done with therapy. I was given sheets with my exercises on them to keep going at home. Also I was told if I ever needed to call and ask question I was welcome to do so. Tear my son's face open I have had a very traumatizing experience with University hospital so my anxiety was at an all time high. However this young men comes into the room with urgency & concern. He still had on his coat & book bag in his hand. He was there to stitch up my sons face & it was a very complex procedure. A small part of my son's lip was chewed. He did a phenomenal job. My sons face looks amazing (compared) & is healing very well. I've tried to follow up with him but the facility cant seem to find him. I hope they give him the support & recognition he deserves.
