The guys there washed it for me when i pointed it out. The fender was still wet when i drove it home. Once home and the bike was dried, i could see scratches on the back fender where the grass had been weed wacked onto it. I was able to get a detailer to work them out. Nothing deep, but still surface scratches and grass on a beautiful low mileage bike. They may be mechanically good but I wouldn't trust them again. If your bike has a nice paint job - i recommend you may want to look elsewhere. I know it was the landscapers who did the damage but still, if my bike is there i trust it should be safe.

After 3.5 hrs they approached me saying I. needed front bearing on a bike with 14k miles. I had waited long enough and the work advised meant the bke ain't even back together. I. declined a said just return the bike to me. The counter help has always. been very helpful and. checked. on why the bike was tied up so long. 1st excuse was because my air ride suspension wasn't working. I know I've had issues in the past but it's a simple system. Three wires that activate it and a seat removal maybe a 20 minute fix. 2nd there was a back log in the tire room. I was the only customer left in the store. 3rd was a belt tension issues because air ride changes it. When they reinstall a rear tire they always adjust the belt tension because of wear and possible misaligned adjusters. All standard, nothing that presents a problem. Finally after 4 3/4 hrs they tell me 5 minutes. I pay the bill and go to leave, no bike. After searching I see it still on the lift with no one doing anything with it. Anther 15 minutes and I finally get it back. 5 hrs for a two hr job. I'vee never had a problem w CoolSprings HD but this is inexcusable. If I have to wait 2-3 hrs more than what a job is rated for I might as. Well travel an extra hr to a different dealer. I guess if you want even a simple job done there you're better off leaving the bike all and hope its done.

A machine at this price point should not fail so quickly, and customers should not be left with expensive repairs and downtime.
