I consistently had to contact the dealership for updates and learned on my own on June 26 that the Stage II parts had been sitting at the dealership for two weeks without anyone notifying me. Additionally, a defective tank console gas door was incorrectly explained as "normal" by a service advisor rather than being diagnosed for repair and remains incomplete after multiple visits. I also never received the promised detailing of the motorcycle to resolve minor scratches found during the sales process, and the bike was returned covered in tree sap after one visit. While most of the employees I dealt with were generally courteous and professional, the overall experience was marked by poor communication, lack of follow-through, and weak coordination between departments, leaving me disappointed with the ownership experience.

A machine at this price point should not fail so quickly, and customers should not be left with expensive repairs and downtime.
