She was professional, prompt and super friendly. My regular stylist had gone MIA on me, which was a shame because she did quite a nice job at tailoring exactly to my needs and style preferences. However, I am very grateful to have found Erica of Dare To Dream Hair. She was very attentive to my preferences (double row cornrows with a couple of rows of individuals in the back , pretty standard) and asked me to send over a picture of the last style I had prior to our appointment. She did an amazing job, very complimentary to the shape of my face and my hairline. I was quite pleased . It's really difficult to find a stylist you trust and who is reliable. Her prices were also comparable with that of a salon, and definitely worth the tip. She was quick and very organized, no drama no problems. It was really an ideal experience I would recommend giving her a call for sure.

At approximately 10:30 AM that morning, I received a notification that my appointment had been canceled because the time slot had been overbooked. I called customer service and explained what happened. They rescheduled me for Saturday, September 12 at 2:30 PM. I rearranged my schedule again and planned my day around this appointment. Then, at approximately 12:30 PM today--only two hours before my appointment--I received another message saying my appointment had been canceled due to "unforeseen circumstances." This is now two appointments canceled by Madison Reed in the same week, both on the day of the appointment. As a brand-new customer, this is an extremely disappointing first impression. I understand that unexpected situations happen, but after the first appointment was canceled because Madison Reed overbooked the time slot, I would have expected the rescheduled appointment to be handled with more care. Customers are expected to respect appointment times and cancellation policies, and I believe that same consideration should be given to customers when the business cancels. I was genuinely looking forward to trying Madison Reed, but after rearranging my schedule twice only to have both appointments canceled at the last minute, I have very little confidence in booking another appointment.

I love how healthy and silky my hair is when I leave her chair. I have thick, medium/long hair and a dry scalp. Tacasha cares for my hair and scalp thoroughly. The atmosphere is very nice, calm, and relaxing. I have never had to wait and I am in and out in a timely manner.
