If I could give this place zero stars I would, I purchased this hair at the beginning of may and today is may 18th and my afro kinky hair is matted. I'm so upset because I spent $500+ dollars on this hair and it's like a dreadlock in the back of my head. I decided to try this company because I saw they had the curly hair I was looking for but unfortunately this hair is not good quality at all. On May 21st of this year I will be receiving my bachelors degree and I have to walk across the stage with this hair not only that but I won't be purchasing from here again. I called the owner Vanessa and spoke with her, although she was sweet the only thing she offered when I called today was to either come in so she can look at the hair, send her a picture of the hair ball clumps and to buy cheap Garnier hair products, which by the way did not work! I sent her the photos to her personal cell phone and I still haven't heard from her.... Love the helpful staff. They always treat me like I'm an old friend. Vanessa has been the only place I get my wigs or weave hair because I know she'll back her products. I'm usually able to buy one wig and get a few hairstyles out of it. I've been able to dye, cut, bleach and put heat on it and it still feels great after all that. Definitely going there soon..... I've bought hair from Weave Pro for years now. Although some hair I've have bought sheds and some bundles don't last as long as others the overall quality is good. I always get colored hair which maybe the reason why it sheds some but I don't expect every bundle to be perfect. With that being said I most definitley will continue to shop there!! Kat is thee best. I always procrastinate and pick up hair at the last minute (usually a day or 2 before my hair appointment) and I'm super indecisive EVERYTIME, but she is friendly, patient and extremely helpful. My second time having them bleach the knots on my closure. The first time, I took my closure to the Upland location, and when it was returned to me, it had the orange on the roots. The person that installed my weave, put mascara on the roots, throughout the closure....but everytime I washed it, I had to keep applying mascara to the roots, so the orange could be covered, and that's such an inconvenience to do. This second time around, I took my closure to the Highland location.....and once again, my closure has orange roots. This is such a hassle for me! It's the day before my appointment, and I have to try and find a way to fix this before getting it installed. Had I known, this would happen AGAIN!....I would have just left the knots dark. I paid $130 for my closure, and $10 to have it ruined! read more

**before COVID19 praise post** I have purchased six bundles of hair. I brought two different curl patterns 3 bundles each on two different occasions. My first time at this location it's clean. They sell eyelashes, wigs, bonnets, scalp cocktail, and anything that is needed to manage hair extensions. At the time I went there was a sale so it was a little busy. I watch the women at the counter take that extra time to fully explain how to take care of their investment of hair and what products to use or not use. They explain how to wash it and how to properly brush the hair. I admire that because it took me a few years to finally get it right. And I still don't know everything so it's good to know I can ask these ladies any questions I may have. My hair has lasted 1 year so far. I recommend this place to my friends and family. The bundles are reasonably priced. This place has an Instagram that you can follow to catch all the sales and deals. They also offer loyalty cards that is punch everytime customer come in and so many punches get a percentage off. read more

A scam! I bought 3 bundles and a closure from the upland location and I noticed something was off before I even got in my car. I ordered 24' bundles but one looked significantly shorter than the others. The girl tried to pull on the hair to make it look the same length but something just didn't add up. She was rushing me so fast and I was the only one there. That was a red flag too. On top of that the texture of the hair was rough and tangled. I shouldn't of purchased the hair but my appointment to get it installed was the next day and due to covid lord knows when I'd had a chance to get my hair done again. Needless to say, my hairdresser ended up having to sheer off most of the hair because it was so tangled and frizzy and that was the only way it would look right. So I paid for 24' hair to end up with 18' hair. Also, all 3 bundles were different shades of brown which was odd too. The closure was terrible. Just bad all around. really think they tried to scam me to move this hair out of their store. Beware! I will never buy hair here again. Such a disappointment. And, they don't offer exchange or refund so you're stuck with bad hair. Waist of money. read more
