I don't have to overthink anything--if I want something different, I can say it, but most of the time I just trust Orlando and let him do his thing because he's consistently on point. Frank, the owner, is always cutting nearby, and I enjoy the conversations whenever we cross paths. All the barbers here do great work, but I personally lean toward my guy Orlando. I've been coming to this barbershop for over six months and have always made appointments. From time to time, either I've been running a little late or the barber has been running late, so I've always understood that things happen. Today, I was about 10 minutes late for my appointment to get my son's hair cut. When I arrived, I was told the barber wouldn't cut my son's hair because they already had someone else coming in -- even though that person hadn't even arrived yet. I completely understand if being late means an appointment needs to be rescheduled, but the way this was handled felt rude and unprofessional, especially after being a regular customer for over six months. I called the day of to book an appointment for my younger brother and they were able to squeeze him in for that same day. We arrived and they helped my brother right away. He had extremely long, curly hair and wanted a particular hair cut which the barber was able to do. My brother loved the experience because he wouldn't stop talking about it. If I can give this place a "0" I would. I waited 2 and a half hours for a haircut. He kept on skipping me to cut his friends hair I finally ask him am I next he said yes then another friend came and he cut his hair. He shouldn't have lied about taking walkins. Finally he was able to squeeze me in and he only took 20min to cut my hair it was the fastest cut I got in my life! I ask for a mid fade and got a high fade. I will never go back to this place! And to make things worse my house living room is bigger then this whole place! There restroom is bigger then there haircutting:waiting area! THE Place is SUPER SMALL!!!
