My driver Bobby was extremely rude, very disrespectful, very unprofessional, creepy and made my wife very extremely uncomfortable. He needs to learn how to speak to people, if he's going to be in customer service industry. My suggestion get another tow company or another driver. read more

On April 23rd my ninety-year-old mother got a flat while driving to the airport on 275 at 6pm. After numerous calls and a couple of hours of my mom waiting on the shoulder of 275 to get someone out there to help her, I got a call from Ray at Franks Auto body. Tow truck drivers do not care about motorcyclist lives. Last night their flatbed driver decided to pull out infront of me and block all lanes of travel as I was passing spring Ave next to their shop, less than 200 feet. The driver acknowledged that I was behind him and claimed his lights made him able to do what he wanted, even if it involves taking your life. read more

The long version: They towed my truck lost my key it's gonna cost me a $150 to replace, they left the vehicle unlocked where they dropped it off at it, it also had credit cards cash inside! Jim was so right! When I arrived at the Clearwater establishment, owner Frank called son and co-owner John to come to the front and help me with a free estimate. What happened next after a moment's wait was truly remarkable! John cordially introduced himself to me and we walked to the car. I explained the problem and he immediately began realigning and refastening the troublesome front bumper while explaining to me and showing me exactly what he would do to permanently fix the bodywork issue. His estimate was well below what I expected it to be and we set up an appt. for early in the coming week. The expertly completed work was done exactly as shown to me by John on my first visit... They are a AAA authorized towing outfit. I requested the tow via AAA, and Mike came within a half hour or so. He was however very irate and unprofessional, screaming and yelling at me, because he had been given the wrong phone number by the office. Consequently he could not find me and was very annoyed - he did not stop ranting for a couple of minutes although I apologized repeatedly to him (even though I ascertained that AAA had given them the right phone number). Mike subsequently left when we told him our antique van (that had dry rotted tires) needed to be on a flatbed and not towed behind his truck as the tires might fail. They then had another driver, Mikey, came instead. Mikey who has been on the job for 42 years, was very professional and knew exactly how to handle our Vanagon van. We were hooked up on Mikey's flatbed and all ready to be towed in about five minutes. Mikey is great and knows what he is doing! read more
