Very pleased with their service, I own a 2020 Honda Fit that I bought new from Crown Honda that had water spots all over the car. No one else (Crown Collision and Crown Honda) could not remove the water spots that were on my car since day one of ownership. Crown sold me my Honda with the spot on them. I took my car into Northwest Collision center and they said they could remove the water spots for me they ever did a small section to show me what they could do. Took my water spot Honda Fit in the morning picked it up in the afternoon same day. My car never looked so good even from day one of ownership. Greg turned this horrible situation into a positive experience. They were professional from the initial quote for repair, to the drop off, to the pick up. I was told it would be 2 months before they could look at my car, didn't do free estimates, would need money up front from my insurance, even if it was just a dollar. I explained I had never paid for an estimate for the work/cost to repair my vehicle after an accident and I'd been with my current insurance company for 20+ years. Then I was told I didn't know how insurances worked. He wanted a commitment from me to have him do the work without me having any idea of what it might cost. I called Northwest Collision on the recommendation of my dealership but the person who answered the phone was SO RUDE that I will be taking my business elsewhere. I called to inquire about having some body work done to the rear of my vehicle and not only did she keep cutting me off while I was trying to ask questions but her tone was impolite as well. I can't vouch for their prices vs. other body/paint places. It was just time to clean up my front bumper and some small dings here and there. I dropped my car off when they opened. I actually got there a few minutes before the owner and cuddled with the lump of chocolate lab inside while I waited. I got a call the following day around 2 or so saying I was good to go. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and they did a fantastic job on my paint. They also polished my headlights, which were disgustingly foggy, and they sparkle now. I also found a small plastic container with leftover paint and a brush (like those old school paste bottles) in my cupholder for if I need to touch anything up later. I really hope I don't need to make a visit again, but if I find myself needing work done, this place has my future business. read more
