When I researched the Westside Market Frank's was one place that I really wanted to try because I love bratwurst. This place did not disappoint. They only serve bratwurst. Your choices are hard or soft bun, with or without kraut, and you could order and extra brat in your bun. I had the hard bun that was surprisingly soft on the inside, and I had it with kraut with I think is a must. You have your choice of mustards and ketchup for the weirdos. It's simple it's fast the roll is crusty and fresh. The brat is cooked just right, nice texture. Kraut has fine flavor. They also have a food truck with a couple more options. Slaw was one I've had, good crunchy slaw. Franks II is the next booth and they have sausage sandwiches instead of brat.
