The appointments are short and she charges $95.00 for maybe 15 to 20 mins and does not take insurance. I was 5 min late yesterday and was verbally chastised in her office like a child . I wouldn't have gone back after such treatment . I would not want others to be treated with such arrogance either I never felt that what she did was anything more than basic adjustments and weird sales pitches every single time to buy buy buy supplements and products. My mom has the same experience and stopped going to this practice years ago. I know there are better options in the area like Dr Haley.

Dr. Justin Lance was very professional and explained his and wife's style, which is more focused on the muscles around the spine and back using equipment, although he did manually adjust my neck. The pros- he helped me with tendinitis and hip stiffness. I felt good when I left. The focus on the muscles is to allow the spine to remain in its correct alignment. And the treatments are covered by my insurance. I was not thrilled to be charged a $50 non-refundable charge to cover the first visit. Understanding that important schedule time is set aside for more intensive first visits, I just think this practice is off-putting. I am going to stick with the manual adjustments from my old chiropractor with a monthly plan instead. After all of these years, that is what my body is used to.

Little things like greeting you by name when you walk in the door and Dr. Haley even walks up and greets you in the waiting room instead of like most offices where they just call out your name. I see Dr. Haley and Chelsea their NP and I highly recommend them both. They explain everything clearly and are gentle which is very important to me. Sabrina in the front office is great as well and makes sure I always leave with my next appointment scheduled.
