It was fresh and yummy! Cookies (assorted): 4/5 Almond croissant: 1/5... extremely dense, very small, and too expensive at +$6 for that size. Taste was so-so, texture was hard. Smelled of orange marmalade for some odd reason. Sourdough bread: 1/5 .. tooooo tart for my taste and the yeast smell came through too strong. Scones: 1/5... I know a good scone when I see/eat one.. and these were again too dense and dry. Smelled of orange marmalade.

The bakery itself was very cute with it's colorful paintings and decor all around. The only I guess downside doesn't even have to do with the bakery itself. But we were there in the morning to enjoy coffee and bakery items and there was a child screaming the entire time. (I say this and I have an 8 year old myself). I wish it had been a little bit quieter but that doesn't have to do with the bakery itself. Unfortunately, I can't speak to the muffin.....we brought it back home to Massachusetts....and our cats ate it LOL. But they left no crumbs so I'm assuming it tasted good!

First, it's just so cute! As you approach, you can't help but notice the beautiful mural on the windows. Then you step inside of the most charming little bakery. There are tables for in-store dining and tasty treats everywhere. Cookies, pies, croissants, refrigerated salads and sweets, candied nuts and even Rice Krispie treats. These are just some of the items available. I've never been to a bakery with that many different offerings. Everything looked amazing and everyone in line lets us know that everything is delicious!!! Honestly I wanted a bit of everything, but I had to have some self control. In the end I walked away with muffins, bars, a Bundt cake, a cake pop and tiramisu (this was all shared with another person). Just like the other patrons said, I quickly learned that everything was in fact delicious! It was fresh and so, so good!!! The staff was very kind and I think that Rebecca herself came out and chatted with us briefly. This was my first visit, but definitely won't be my last. Absolutely worth the drive from Lexington.
