Our server recommended the Esquites Guacamole, which has grilled corn, lime aioli and a sprinkling of queso fresco (traditional Mexican cheese). The grilled corn added such dimension and flavor - and the chips were warm - I think that was the first time I had warm chips - it made it extra special! For our entrees, we ordered the Grilled Shrimp Tacos and the Steak Fajita Tacos. The Grilled Shrimp tacos were excellent - large tender shrimp, with a corn salsa, avocado, peppers and a chipotle sauce on the side. I added a little of the Esquites Guacamole and enhanced the flavor even more! Next up, the Steak Fajitas.
