When I moved into my home in 2020, I called them to inspect my hot water tank and gave me a quote for a tankless system. The tank ended up failing, and within a week they had a full-house tankless system installed. It's now been six years and it's still running strong (House hold of 6) worth every penny. Since then, we've had a few other issues, including a pipe burst and some home warranty work. Even though those repairs weren't directly theirs, they still came out to inspect the work and make sure everything was done correctly. The same thing happened when a shower knob failed and was replaced through warranty. They still checked it to confirm it was installed properly. About 90 minutes later I received a call from Eddie told him my problem and he was at my house in 20 minutes. I told my problem and what I had done. He went right to work checking the whole system found the problem, a leak in the supply line from my well.
