After our waitress took our order, my gf did not get the mayo on the side as she had asked, and after we received our food, our waitress never came around to check on us, didn't refill our drinks or anything. The place was very loud, louder than visiting waffle house. I was trying to have a conversation with my gf sitting just across the table from one another, and we were having to literally yell at one another just to hear what each other were saying. My gf did state that the sandwich she ordered was a big sandwich, and was more than she could finish. Once we were ready to go, our waitress still hadn't been around to check on us. So I had to flag down someone else, to get us some to go boxes, and our check. Low and behold, when I was ready to checkout, the waitress appears out of nowhere, after all this time, I'm guessing because she thought she was going to get a good tip. I'm sorry, waitstaff only get a great tip from me, once and if they perform a great job duty, and this was not the case in this matter. Maybe, better luck next time, maybe Papas needs to hire better waitstaff worth hiring and keeping.

My burger was under cooked. After bringing it to their attention they immediately replied "No Refunds". And then proceed to state that I was not specific as to how I wanted the burger prepared mind you needed did they specify as to how they would prepare my burger. The pictures clearly showed the burger was still raw. Now we were trying to seek the resolution, but instead we basically got robbed accompanied with a threat to blow my head off. He also called me a bitch after he was yelling to get the fuck out. I should've known something when we pulled up and we were the only car in the parking lot. This place is dead and I see why. We paid almost 50 bucks for three meals, one of which I still had to go home and finish preparing myself. I will never spend another penny here and I encourage anybody reading this review to just pass this place on by. Don't even waste your money or your time.! read more

Horrible customer service by the young man taking the order. I simply asked if I could substitute or pay the difference for nacho cheese instead of a drink. He refused and very rudely informed me I could buy the combo and the cheese extra or leave. I informed him of his horrible customer service in a calm fashion and informed him I they would never get my business again. He started yelling at me to get out of the restaurant as I was already headed for the door. I informed him if he had a problem with me to step outside and lets handle it like men. He then called the Galena Park police saying I was threatening him. The police arrived, laughed at the spoiled brats actions and told me I could leave. I used to love this place but, the new owners need to find someone other than their smart mouthed, rude son to handle customers orders. read more
