The tire was only three months old and I bought a warranty with it, but I bought them from somebody else a major chain. I had to go somewhere and I kept losing air in that tire. The chain could not see me for two days I called Lang and they said come up here. We can do it. We have a guy that only does that. They fixed my tire and I was on my way. Yes, I had to pay for it to be fixed, but at least they cared. That is the difference nowadays in a good business versus one that is not a good business. I grew up in the area and I can tell you in 40 years they have not changed their service or their model of operation.

I then ask him what the process is and timeline, which he follows up again demanding my keys without any explanation. Then he throws the order form back on the counter and gets upset I'm not handing over my keys without being told what to expect, process, or full costs. Brian either seems to have one hell of an ego, be so miserable in his life and wants to take it out on others, or have no communication skills whatsoever...either not someone you want on your front desk! I brought them my set of wheels off of my ktm to mount new tubeless tires. The bike has less than 2000 miles and this was the first tire change. When I get them home I realize neither wheel will hold air. Drove 35 minutes back to cycle gear and spoke with Rob and asked if he could remove the tires and see if there is any issue. KTM like other manufacturers uses 2 bands which seals the spokes from leaking the air inside the tire. After removal I noticed the band on both wheels had been punctured. Rob said that there wasn't anything they could do about the damage to the bands because it wasn't visible damage on the exterior. I paid $108 to have the tires mounted, both wheels were rideable and in perfect condition when I brought them in, now neither will hold air and I have to buy parts to have someone else remount the tires. Rob said the best they could do was refund me half of what I paid for the mounting service( $54). Very disappointed in the customer service and lack of accountability
