The staff was awful!!! We got out of the truck and started walking toward the trees. This guy ran after us yelling that we needed a mask. Ummm... we are outside with NO ONE even around us. If you are outside and social distancing then you shouldn't have to wear a mask. This guy kept screaming that we needed a mask. I asked him if this establishment believed in religious liberties? And I quote, "We don't have to follow any of those rules. Wear a mask or get off the property." (This guy is claiming that he and the company doesn't have to follow civil laws? Sounds like a case for a civil lawyer.) So we left. I will be happy to never spend another dime there and I will tell my friends how awful this guy and company is for being completely ridiculous and inconsiderate screaming at us to get off the property. So we went to another store who were amazing and never bothered us about masks. read more

Any time I have a question related to gardening or landscaping I call Franz Witte. If the person on the line doesn't know the answer they always get me to someone who does. I also go to them first for plants that aren't cozy in our zone. I've gotten all my bamboo from them and because I took care of my plants as instructed (lots of tlc because they don't like our zone) my bamboo has matured and looks amazing.
