I didn't have to tell them what's wrong with my teeths in my first visit. I have a front tooth with…read morecavities and they took care of that. It had a hole and made me very insecure but I can now go back to feeling like I can smile again. It's nice to have a dentist place that knows what you need and asks you questions as if they care about their patient. My first visit was a good impression, however, when I called to reschedule my second appointment, I got told that the next time I cancel/reschedule without 24hrs notice, or cancel same day, that they would charge a $50 fee. Which is a bummer but I understand that going to your appointments are important and time is of the essence with every business that is booked with clients/patient's. My second appointment was probably a 5/10 because I got a filling that felt rushed. However, my filing came out good but the gap between that tooth and the one next to it, feels like a big gap bc food is now constantly stuck between there.. so.. I didn't like that but, hopefully next appointment the dentist can fix that.

Waited over a month to finally get an appointment for an exam and a cleaning. I gave them my…read moreinsurance information and was told they'd check into it to make sure I was covered. I finally went in for my appointment after getting several texts and phone calls to make sure that I was coming. Never once was I asked about my insurance again so it would seem that I was at least covered for my cleaning and exam. When everything was done, I was presented with a list of the work I would need (deep cleaning, root canal, etc.) My teeth were not cleaned on this visit. I was told they'd contact my insurance company to find out if these other procedures would be covered. I had to call this afternoon to remind them. Once they realized there screw up about my insurance coverage (they don't accept mine even though, as previously stated, I was led to believe I was covered for the exam, etc.) they tried to tell me that I now owe them over $300 for the exam and x-rays! So now after saying that I was all set for the appointment that I had, they now expect me to pay them out of my own pocket! You screwed up so I'm supposed to pay for your mistake? I don't think so!

During my previous visits, the assistant who took care of me was not very kind and made me feel self-conscious about my dental issues. It almost felt as if she was looking down on me, which made the experience uncomfortable. However, that all changed during my last appointment. Instead of my usual assistant, I was greeted by a different dental assistant, Mrs. Rose. From the moment she walked in, she radiated warmth, kindness, and genuine care. She was the sweetest person and made me feel comfortable, even though I had come in feeling down about my dental problems. She took the time to explain everything to me and offered reassurance that truly made a difference in my experience. I am so grateful for her kindness and the positive impact she had on my visit. I hope that she is my assistant in the future as she left me feeling really good about myself. Thank you Mrs. Rose!!!

I just saw the bill, they billed an emergency exam (this is done if you go in with a tooth ache) and did a scaling and root planing, wich is a type of perio surgery/procedure. It should have been a new patient exam. Possible a debriment since it had been 5 years and see how the patient responds. I was in the dental managment industry for over 25 years, and this kind of crap is why I left. Not to mention there was no fee/copay disclosure before starting treatment. I will be putting in a formal complaint with Delta Dental. I did call and was told they did everything correct.

I have always appreciated the care I have received from him. My concern is with an interaction I had with dental hygienist Melissa. During my visit, I asked for information about my son's upcoming dental appointment. As his father, legal guardian, and the person providing his dental insurance, I expected either the requested information or a clear explanation of any office policy that prevented it. Instead, the conversation included what I perceived to be unnecessary gossip, bias opinions, and commentary that had nothing to do with my request. Rather than simply addressing the question or referring me to someone who could, the interaction became uncomfortable and unprofessional. Later that same day, I called the office and spoke with the receptionist, who provided the appointment information without any difficulty or unnecessary discussion. Based on my experience, I encourage the practice to ensure that staff remain professional, avoid unnecessary personal commentary or gossip, and communicate office policies consistently and respectfully. While I have had many positive experiences with this practice over the years, this interaction fell well below the standard I have come to expect, which is why I am leaving a one-star review. Steer clear of Melissa.
