Still have lock jaw!! Nine phone calls placed regarding my condition just looking for help. Not once did he have me come back into the office despite my problem. He could care a less. I finally had to go to Urgent Care to get meds he could have easily provided with one simple visit. Incredible lack of concern for his patients. Still have lock jaw and unable to eat solids, next will have to seek out Oral Surgeon. I get things happen but his total lack of patient aftercare is unforgivable. To leave a patient in pain and distress is completely unacceptable. He would rather keep repeating on the phone that he is glad you're doing better despite you telling him otherwise. Then decided to dismiss you as a patient. I have gone to this practice for many many years but new to seeing him as my dentist retired. What a shame that their other dentists such as Dr Stachel who should not be in dentistry unless he can capably take care of patients and issues if they arise instead of ignoring something he did wrong. I would never ever recommend him to anyone.

Consultation was smooth and easy, as the doctors took 3D X-rays of my mouth to get to the bottom of the issue. Not only did the first root canal performed stop a few inches too short, but I had acquired an infection as well. Great. Doctor Andrew assured me that the process was one that they specialize in, so I had nothing to be worried about. And I didn't. Upon the day of surgery, my usual anxious and nervous self was calm and ready to treat a tooth that had been causing some issues for years. The procedure itself was quite quick and painless. Shocking! Doc even obliged me in talking through what he was doing and why. I had a great time in the chair! What they do not prepare you for.. is the pain during the aftermath of the treatment. I think many people like myself are afraid of what happens while in the chair, but for the first time in my life, the pain outside of the re-treating process was and has been some of the most excruciating pain I have ever experienced. I think what really sent me into a bit of a frenzy, is that this amazing, sweet, kind and caring facility with some of the most awesome staff members I have encountered.. sent me home with no prescribed medication! After an infection and extended roots!?! The procedure was on a Thursday.. by Friday night, my face was immensely swollen and the pain was so unbearable that all I could do was cry and pray. I was told over the counter Motrin would suffice... and it did.. but only for three hours. As I lay here two days removed from the procedure, and the pressure of my face increases.. I'm still shocked that I was expected to handle something like this without any additional medication before sending me home. He was professional, yet friendly and warm. He always took time to explain details of each procedure, and made sure I understood what we would do in the future. I've seen many dentists and health professionals in my life, and he is among the absolute best I've met. His prices are reasonable. His staff was well-informed, courteous and helpful. I can recommend Dr. Lepczyk without any hesitation. I would see him again for specialized, complicated procedures.

I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed in one go, and it could not have gone better imo. I basically had no pain afterwards, but made sure to follow their care instructions they had provided. The consultation is the tough part, they're usually booked up, but once you get through that, they have plenty of dates for the actual surgery. The entire staff was very sweet, and got things done pretty quickly. I really appreciated two things - that they went through everything with you, and that they are very professional and do things quickly so you aren't stuck waiting too long. I really loved that during the consultation and after the surgery, they went over everything, so I wasn't worried at home. It's also super convenient that when you call, they have an extension just for pre- and post-op questions. I left a message once and they got back to me within a few hours. Cannot recommend them enough, can't explain what a relief it was to have such a phenomenal experience!
