Dr. Lucy Nee is our family doctor, she's very professional, always very patient and carefully listen to our problems.

Quickly decided to go to the washroom and when I came out there were 2 people ahead of me, so figured I better wait in line before the line got even longer. When it finally opened the office staff pulled the files of existing clients so a bit choked that that pushed me down to #5 on the list. Surprisingly though people went in and came out pretty quickly so having 4 people ahead of me I only waited 15 min. Good/bad depends how you look at it. Good that I didn't have to wait too long, but bad that potentially it was all quick because the doctor didn't spend much time on the patients. I commented how quick it was and the doctor said it was mostly prescriptions like myself. I told him my problem and he prescribed a cream and I was out in less than 5 min! The cream worked well and I cleared the infection within a few days. The doctor was friendly and professional, so all is good.

Walking in to find the receptionist eating a sub sandwich. So, now we know two things. 1. Why no one answers the phone (it's not like sick people call here or anything), and 2. Why the place smells like a Subway rather than a clean medical clinic. Once she stopped chewing.....I asked to see a Dr. and she said they are at full capacity. Keep in mind that to my left their wait room had 1 person sitting on one of 10 dusty worn-out chairs in the so-called waiting area. I told her this is a walk-in clinic....the outside sign as well as your website says walk-ins welcome! She attempted to repeat herself and since I had no interest in wasting my time....I walked out. Hey!....this place turned a walk-in into a walk-out....wow....quite the accomplishment. Yeah....trust me....you don't wanna go here. Whatever you need to see a Dr. for....it deserves a clean, professional, caring and expert place..... This place is not it.

Now it has become a farce and it seems the doctor is more interested in running a skin care business. If you walk-in they tell you they close at 1pm or some bizarre hour, to come back at 8:30Am and there will be a lineup outside like India or something. When seeing the doctor his care seems distant and it is a business so you get five minutes. It is like you are a donut or something on the assembly line. Further I am not sure how much this doctor gives a hoot about patients now, follow-up is comical because he remembers nothing about you. Everything is off the notes about you. Referrals to a specialist from this place are so slow it's almost medieval like. There was a good receptionist but she seems to have left, replaced by those who really don't care and that is a big problem given things can really slip up here now !

There are a limited number of designated clinic parking spots in the underground parkade, which can be entered via the alley behind the building. I don't know about the other doctors here, but I've been seeing Dr. Lalani as my primary care physician for a few years now, and it has been great so far. I always feel lucky after leaving each appointment to have Dr. Lalani for my GP. It's difficult enough in B.C. to find a general practitioner who is taking new patients, and because of this, patients usually can't pick and choose their own doctor... we have to go with one of the limited number of physicians who are taking new patients at any given time. With this type of system, it's really just luck of the draw to see which doctor fate pairs you up with during your time of need. In my case, I found a good one, so I lucked out. Dr. Lalani has always listened to all of my concerns and addressed them appropriately every time to mitigate the amount of worry on my end. I have never felt rushed during any of my appointments. Interactions with the front desk staff, however, have been hit-and-miss over the years, falling in the range of unfriendly to polite. This is a minor issue for me, though, since the primary purpose to visit a clinic is for the provided health care services. In this regard, I've had nothing but positive experiences at Knight clinic.

That's my only gripe with this place, but it is a big one because it has happened repeatedly to me.
