Did a one off and put HAZMAT on and wanted to try something new, the reviews about the Margarita Pizza are correct get the XL, so worth it. I did the pickup, and if you go just past the entrance there is street and parking behind the restaurant. They made fresh zappolies but you have to eat them hot n fresh. Food was great and whole staff was inviting and friendly. Great way to get over the Corona virus cabin fever. Will be ordering in and going there once things reopen later. read more

The Best Pizza ! in the Lehigh valley. The cheese, the chicken Parmesan pizzas are our favorites. The crust is perfect no too thick or thin. Bad customer service. We ordered take out from here. Two large California cheese steaks one was chicken and one was beef. I asked for sauce and mayo on both. We also ordered a large fry and order of breaded mushrooms. Upon picking up the order my husband ran in. When he went to pick it up he was told that the cheese steaks did not include sauce on them. It would be extra charge. He said ok. When he came back out to the car and told me that they charged an additional $4.00 for extra sauce I was shocked. I went in and spoke to the manager asking why the charge when we ordered the cheese steaks with sauce. He said the sauce is extra and he can speak to his customers any way he pleases and charge anything he wants for whatever he wants. If I don't like it I don't have to come back. I like to support my small local businesses but this is one business and owner that does not belong behind a counter in our community. read more

There was a flavor in the red sauce I couldn't quite put my finger on. I would probably order a pizza here again, but it wouldn't be the German pie. My second night staying nearby in Allentown and wanted some Pizza for me and the family. After Checking Yelp I saw Fratelli's had only two reviews, but both good. It was closer than the spot I was originally headed to. I called and it turns out they have a special for two large pies for $18. That's a pretty solid deal. Being from NY, most large pies average $16-$18 for one. I stopped in, ordered my two pies, one with pepperoni. One of the workers there recognized that the number I called from was a NY number and let me know they were originally from Brooklyn / Staten Island. My order of one large pepperoni and one large plain was $22. (good deal). 15 minutes to kill while the pies are cooking, I went across the street to Roosevelt's 21st Bar for a quick beer. Came back, pies were just coming out of the oven. The pizza was good, the sauce was the way I like it, slightly sweet, slightly tangy. Personally, I would have preferred the pies stay in the oven another 5 minutes to crisp up a little more, but that a personal preference. Good solid deal for good pizza. read more

Friday I wrote a review.. Not a good one to say the least. Saturday I spoke with Jeff the manager. He was super polite and friendly and we agreed to have a redelivery today (Sunday)...... Ahhhh........ props to fantastic customer service from him and an amazing meal...we will definitely support this local pizzeria from appetizers, pizza to dessert it was absolutely delicious and perfectly made! I ordered for delivery, and my pizza was just ok. I ordered the buffalo and Nonna pizzas. Neither was very warm, and both were dry. The Nonna was less dry than the buffalo, but I should have ordered both with extra sauce. The garlic bread was the only thing that I truly enjoyed. we have been going here for the past year. Just purchased a gift certificate and I was charged a 6% fee for paying with a credit card. FYI the fee for Visa is 2.4% not 6%. My husband and I order from here pretty frequently since covid-19 has begun. I'd say we've order 4-5 times for pizza night. I took one star off because we always ask for our pizza well done and it's always under cooked for our liking and we have to heat it when we get home. I took another star off because the crust is so thin that we often can't pick up the slice because it just flops in half unless we really crisp it up for a while in the oven. We will still continue ordering from here but I do take note of these flaws. read more

I'm a very recent transplant to Bethlehem, and Fratelli's is a keeper. Fresh, homemade food and generous portions make it a gem among the million Italian restaurants around here. So far, my SO and I've been here twice, and the family have been consistently warm and welcoming. I had their chicken Parmesan, and it was honestly the best I've had at any restaurant. The breading and sauce were perfect complements to each other. In fact, the portion was so generous that there was en enough for my SO and I to share for dinner the next night. My SO has had their burgers, and from the few bites I've had, they're pretty awesome too. So, if you're ever in Bethlehem, I highly recommend stopping by Fratelli's for dinner.
