Prices Going Up - Quality Going Down! Under new management and declining - suggest going elsewhere. I've been going here for years and the food was decent. Not great, but edible. It's a take out pizza and sub shop. We go there for convenience, it is what it is. I had regularly enjoyed their Fish & Chips, which was a fresh haddock fillet breaded and cooked in their kitchen for under $10. When I recently visited and ordered my usual dinner, I was very disappointed to open the box when I got home to find a factory mass-produced frozen-food style hard and crunchy mystery fish biscuit. I was charged around $12 for this inedible deep fried machine molded dry crust with a fish-flavored center. Seriously, I took one bite and threw it in the trash where it belonged. If I wanted to eat such assembly line produced garbage, I would have gone to the supermarket and bought a frozen box of Gorton's fish sticks. What happened to the fresh haddock? I thought I might have better luck with a sandwich, so I ordered a sausage sub on my next visit. Seriously, I figured "how can you screw up a sub"? About half way through eating my food, I took a bite and chipped my tooth on something hard in the meat. I spit it out to find a chunk of bone in the sausage. I had to go to the dentist to have my tooth repaired. I'm done with this place. Their prices are rising and I can't even eat their food anymore. There are several other good options within walking distance of this location. Do yourself a favor and try them before wasting your money here. read more

Fratelli's is Fantastic! We've ordered take-out from the restaurant (on Stafford Street) several times and literally each and every time we've been happy with the food. The prices are very reasonable, the quality of the food/pizza is excellent, and the people who work in the shop are very friendly and welcoming. First time! Have been hearing so much about this place. Drive by all the time and just wonder the heck how you can park and get a decent pizza in outrageously precariously positioned restaurant. Small, three parking places, that's it!. Well this Friday was really in the mood for a decent pizza. We made the call. Pick it up, navigating the parking lot is going to be your most challenging task, especially on a Friday night!. hubby came out and I was immediately overwhelmed with the incredible aromas. The 6 minute drive home seemed to take an hour! We had parcels in the car and said, we would get them later, let;s get inside and eat! We opened the box and it just looked delightful. We had ordered the combination, minus green peppers. Fresh mushroom, fresh hand rolled crust, onions, ground beef, and pepperoni. fresh cheese. Our tastes buds danced with joy at the first bite! Positively one of the best pizzas we have had in Worcester. Can't judge a book by it' s cover. We will be back! This is our go-to Friday night pizza place. We tried a few places but after trying Fratelli's we searched no longer. We've had their alfredo, pizza, calzones, jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks, and more (I say this shamelessly cuz you gotta treat yo' self baby). Chicken fingers BANG. They are perfect. However, when I get delivery, it's always TRASH!! I have ordered three times, the calzone was perfect the first time I ordered. I ordered the same calzone again...... TRASH! The peppers were completely different. I order sausage, onions, and peppers.... they gave me some random peppers. We have pizza every Friday night. We drive by this place multiple times each day and a couple months ago decided to give it a try. The first time we ordered, everything was PERFECT. The pizza crust was so soft and delicious, just the right amount of sauce and cheese, my daughter had chicken tenders and the portion was huge. We raved about Fratelli's to everyone. Then one Friday night we had our order delivered. It showed up late and everything was cold and it seems things have gone downhill since. The crust has changed...it has a tougher texture. And tonight the sauce was awful - too much spice...oregano maybe? I went with 3 stars because I cant choose 2.5. We've had some really good meals from here but lately they've been disappointing. We are going to give it one more try next week but if that doesn't knock our socks off, we'll be heading back to our prior go-to pizza place. read more

We've been long time customers of Fratelli's. We enjoy getting pizza here when we have people over and everyone really enjoys it. We love the chicken wings! All the flavors we've tried have been delicious. I feel like the past few times we've ordered from them it's taken longer to get to us and the food hasn't been as hot as it was in the past. I just got home from a long road trip from New Orleans and refused to get in a car to go get a pizza. So my room mate went out and returned with a southwest burger pie. This crust was perfectly toasted and crispy. The cheese was real, and lightly browned it is the most delicious pie I've had in Worcester. The price was absolutely worth every penny. read more

Good food, not great service. Ordered on-line to avoid the CC transfer (w/the virus). Arrived around 20 min later. Was told that the on-line provider had just called in the order and it would be 10 - 12 minutes. Finally got the order 20 min later (10 minutes inside the place...so much w/being cautious for the virus) so this was a total of 40 min. The guy running the place tried to hand me a menu and tell me to call direct next time. No sorry for the delay. The fact that the on-line provider was late was not an excuse. We were in the area and looking for a pizza place for a quick pickup. Bought 2 large pizzas -- the Mediterranean one and the pepperoni one. The Mediterranean one was simply delicious. Even the folks who had ordered pepperoni thought the vegetarian pizza was great. We were a group of 4 and the portions were right with even some leftovers. I got their Combination pizza. Absolutely delicious. I had them make it without the green peppers that the menu showed. They asked if I would like onions instead which I said was ok. Everything on the pizza was flavorful, especially the sauce. I had gotten to the point where I thought I was having problems with my taste buds. Not this time. I finally have a new place to go to. Our favorite pizza place. They are local to us and their pizza is delicious. A great treat for my sons. I love some of the combinations that they use that go beyond other offerings from other local pizza places. My favorite is the fungi di fumi. I hope I typed that right. But there is something for everybody. Their deserts are also a hidden plus extra ordinary, fresh & delicious (mousse pie!). We don't do a lot of takeout. I grew up eating my parent's homemade pizza and we are not strangers to making our own. Fratelli's just goes that extra mile to keep their customers happy. After my first experience at Fratelli's, I received the best customer service I've ever received from the owner, Bia and her husband! Bia worked hard to fix our last experience at Fratelli's and give us the best food possible. We ordered a cheese pizza and a chicken caesar salad last Friday night and we were so happy with the outcome! The cheese pizza was perfect, not greasy and the sauce was tasty. The chicken Caesar salad was unexpectedly delicious! I expected an average salad like every other place but the chicken was moist and tender and really flavorful. Bia even followed up to make sure our experience was what she hoped for and we found out that they had just taken over the business a few months ago and are working on the kinks! Not sure what happened... this was our favorite go to pizza place, everything was awesome especially the homemade chips! Everyone was always nice and orders were always correct. For the past few months the phone service has been extremely rude! Orders have been wrong, items missing or incorrect. Delivery is always a strange person to from grub hub I think? One person was rude and didn't have a pen for us to sign receipt. I recently called to place a large order for delivery and a was spoken to so rudely... they repeated "yeah" after I said each item in detail. Then I asked do you need my address? They said it's already on record.. They absolutely should have asked if it was correct to confirm. They never confirmed each order and of course it was delivered with missing items. They were impossible to talk to over the phone and that is not someone a place like this should have on their phones taking orders. And! They no longer carry their homemade chips. Very disappointed in how much they've gone down hill so fast. I arrived at the estimated time and still had to wait a lot to even be approached by anyone there (which I understand on a busy Friday night) But then they tell me they ran out of ingredients, that I need to cancel the order on the website so I can get t a refund. Then he dismissed me implying that it was my fault to order online instead of calling, like if it was 1997 or something. So then I had to call a third-party website, who tried to bounce me back to the store because they should be able to refund me.
