Gus is the man, and he treats you like family! Went in for Whiteline roll center/bump steer correction kit install, transmission/rear diff flush, and alignment for my 2020 Subaru WRX. I popped an axle on the way over in the morning with the severe fog and luckily nothing was damaged. They thoroughly inspected and tested the axle before deeming it was safe. The shop is really busy but all great shops are. Gus will call you back if anything and keep you updated throughout the entire process! We have a 2006 Toyota Sienna that alway had issues with uneven front tires wear even after many alignments and Costco refuses to warranty the tires under that condition. Two years ago I bought new tires from Costco and I took it to Frausto's and ever since then there have not been any issues on the wear. Yesterday I took my Ford F150 to the shop in the morning due to uneven passenger front tire wear and pulling to the right. After initial inspection I was told everything is within specs and there are no issues. After further discussion with the mechanic, he took the truck for test drive and came back made some adjustments and now the truck feels great and it's no longer pulling. Best mechanic shop ever. I went to this shop to do alignment but, Gus, found some other problems, rack and pinion was bad and control arms in both side was cracked. He told me the truth and he did not do the alignment because these problems have to be fixed first, otherwise, the alignment is not gonna be useful and I will waste my money. Gus asked me if I have a warranty from a different shop, and he offered me that he can fix it for a reasonable price if I do not have. I had a warranty so, I left him with no charge for his inspection. I went to the old shop but unfortunately, this shop was closed ( no longer in business ) so, I went back to Gus after I noticed his honesty. He gave me a good price and get the car fixed. Overall, I have a good experience with him and I will recommend him to all of my friends. Gus is very nice and friendly. So going to mechanics are definitely not my thing, you just never know who to trust or know what you're paying for is what you're getting especially when you're a female. I went to a couple of shops before being referred to this shop by a close friend. So I initially had showed up on Monday afternoon to get the work done on my car, the mechanic (I think his name was Jonathan) who was there got as much information from me as far as what I wanted done on the car. After, he was honest with me about the timing of my arrival and their workload. He explained to me that I could leave the car but it wouldn't be ready until the next day or I could come back the next morning and leave the car to be worked on while I was work. I opted to drop my car off the next morning since I had my son with me at that moment. But I appreciated the mechanic laying it all out on the table and trying to make things as accommodating as possible. And I could see that they had a heavy workload with all the cars that were there at the shop. (Which those car owners were probably smart enough to come first thing in the morning than in the afternoon closer to closing like me) I went the next morning and I was greeted by Gus, who was super welcoming and attentive. He did explain to me that they would call me first before doing anything to go over pricing and give me the option to decide on how I would like to move forward with the work on my car. When I did get the call from Gus, he went over everything with me and I did not feel any pressure at all to make the decision to get all the work done at once. He actually helped me by answering all me questions and weighing out what's a priority and what I could hold off on getting done until I had the funds to do so. And the price for the work was actually not that bad, I just didn't realize that Lexus parts are on the higher end for pricing. (It's my first time owning a Lexus and I bought it used with over 200,000 miles) Overall my experience with this shop and mechanics was definitely more comfortable than any other experience I've had at shops. And I don't know if it is because I'm a female or my lack of knowledge when it comes to car work but nonetheless I'm happy I found a reliable shop that I can count on to help me with me car issues! read more

Thank you for responding, however no matter how you want to put it, you as a business knowingly left keys in the ignition for anyone to take. (Just as it happened.) And yes I WAS being understanding but after not hearing from you for days after that last message, I do not need to contact you when this was not my fault nor my responsibility to be the one seeking you for a solution. Whoever paid for the new set of keys whether it was you or the dealership, was liable for it. A business cannot be entitled for something they needed to do. In other words, you were the reason why my keys got taken so yes, you needed to replace them, not matter how much. And after the first review, you offered a free alignment, which I appreciated but i will not be taking. Everything free is not always worth taking, I'd rather go somewhere else and pay. I recognize that you "told me in my face" as you put it but it doesn't discredit what happened. I appreciate the time you took out of your day to look for the woman, and it would have been even better to have gotten a call to let me know how you were trying to resolve this situation. Maybe then it would have been a different story because at least you tried doing something. At this point saying it was my mom or girlfriend who wrote this doesn't make the best sense but okay. This review is not to discredit your company, it's for your company to learn and prevent this from happening to someone else, as you have said you will be taking precautions now. I went for an alignment and he said I needed new ball joints for both sides and everything else that attaches to it. He said d about $900 plus!! This place just trying to take your money. Lucky I know what I have. Oh and the way I caught on, was because I said I didn't have the money. So he said ok but I have to charge you $40 for the check up and when you come back to fix it I'll give you that money towards your bill. He charged me cuz he saw that I wasn't buying it.
