Good people, good dealer, not a bad soul in the joint. Anybody is always willing to help answer any question without effort. Sometime....and I mean..SOMETIMEs the salespeople can be a tad pushy god fobid you show interest in a bike...BUT...they are only trying to make a living. They have a good selection of bikes new & used. Parts people are very knowledgable. The only pitfall for me personally is my work schedule makes me work Saturdays and Im off mondays. Went in to just look and Kevin walked up to speak with me. No pressure to buy anything. He answered all my questions and made me feel welcome. 4 days later I went back and purchased a 2005 Ultra Classic from him. He is one awesome guy. He knows his Harley's and for a first time Harley buyer, long time rider it was nice to buy from such a guy. All the other employees are nice to deal with also. This place is a class act! read more

Requested simple oil change. Was told to take about 1 hour with appointment. I upgraded to 2 other fluid changes and quoted $ 142.00 . ( I had a simple recall notice too but was told everything would take around 1 and 15 minutes. ) The tech requested additional work - Stator replacement - which I declined . The experience took 2 1/2 hours and my final bill was $ 177.00. When I questioned the service writer he said he " forgot to add in the cost of the oil filter " . Really ? Does Fraziers think their are customers are that stupid ? Double wait time and incorrect price quotes on simple services - I can do better for my money. Will find a honest local independant. read more

I went in to Frazier's in January to inquire about a motorcycle knowing it would be a special order. That day they told me one was in stock and if I put a $1000 down that day it would secure it and they would have it in less than two weeks. I did just that and the delivery nightmare began. For a week I heard nothing even though I asked for regular updates. When I told them I would walk away I began to get updates. Long story short no one knew where the bike was and it took over three weeks to arrive. I find it amazing in a time Harley is struggling I can track a $5 book from Amazon within hours of arrival but Fraziers, Harley nor the shipper can track a $30,000 dollar motorcycle. I took delivery and was told there was a $429 shipping fee. I found this laughable and requested they give me a store/service credit, not a refund, for that and was told NO. Not sure who made that decision but Billy was amazing and this was not his fault. In fact if were not for Billy and Adam I would have taken my business elsewhere. So to say would I buy another bike or recommend Frazier's for a purchase, NO just like they told me. Sad a dealer would risk losing customers over $429. read more

I recently bought an FXDB from Frazier Harley. Not ten minutes down the road after pulling off the lot, the air cleaner and cap flew off while riding down 985. The car behind me had to swerve to miss it. Luckily, no one was injured and my friend that I was riding with, owned the same bike so he let me use his filter to get home. The store had closed for the weekend right as I left, otherwise I would've returned immediately. When I went back a few days later to see how Frazier's could make it right with me, I was totally shocked at the terrible customer service I received. I spoke with Robby, my salesman and Greg Becker, the service manager, who both acted like what had happened wasn't a big deal and that my warranty would cover it. They gave the impression that this was my problem and they weren't even slightly to blame. I explained that something like this should never happen and luckily it wasn't anything more major than my air cleaner that malfunctioned that could've cost me my life. In fact, if I was a less experienced rider, this easily could've cost me life if I hadn't known how to react. It is THEIR job to make sure every vehicle is in safe working order before one of their paying customers rides off their lot. I was given a multitude of excuses and run rounds, Greg wanted to blame it on the factory, but again its their ultimate responsibility to inspect. PDI reports should've been kept and who ever failed to inspect that bike properly should face repercussions. Greg handled the situation as if the bike had a malfunction when in fact the bike was fine, it was technician and dealership negligence that caused the problem. So right off the bat, I already had a bad taste in my mouth from Harley Davidson and Frazier's with the air cleaner issue. That was exacerbated when Greg refused to lift a finger to make this right with me. Something as cheap and simple as a 20% off coupon to the shop or a discounted service would've made me feel a million times better about the situation, and let me know that they actually cared and were legitimately sorry about the problem. But Greg insisted there was nothing he could do to rectify the situation and that he was "bound by Harley's terms" which I know is total BS being a business owner. Letting me walk out of his store with a hot head and obviously feeling like I had been completely mistreated, really showed a lot about Greg's character and the way he runs his business. He really could care less about my problem or the way I felt about their service. A paying customer should never walk out of your business door, even more upset than they were when they arrived from an issue caused by them. That is business 101....customer service common sense. Needless to say I totally regret doing business with this dealership and will never be returning there again. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my entire life. If this is the way they treat a first time customer and Harley owner, I don't want anything to do with them. Totally tarnished the Harley Davidson brand name and left a first time customer very skeptical of their purchase. Hopefully another dealership will treat me right and grasp the concept of customer service and change my mind. Anyone who is considering purchasing a bike from Frazier's, I highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere, unless you want a possibly faulty, insecure motorcycle and piss poor customer service with a lackluster attitude from the entire staff. Update: The following weekend, I called Frazier's to make sure they had everything in stock for me before I made the trip to the shop. I spoke with a technician named Brian who seemed to have no idea what was going on and told me that Greg couldn't be found and that he "probably hadn't ordered the rest of the parts I needed." For my own sanity, I gave him the part number to the air cleaner filter Greg had given me as a replacement during my previous visit to verify that it was the correct one. He said it was. Turned out he lied to me. After I went against my better judgement and took my bike back to Frazier's to have them install the new cleaner system, I found out a different filter was installed which no one informed me of. I also asked the Technician who did the install if he followed a torque guide to be sure the system was installed installed properly this time with the factory specified torque setting. He couldn't give me an inch-pound measurement he used but informed me it was "tight as hell". Upon verifying that when I got home using an electronic torque wrench, the bolts were highly under torqued compared to Harley Davidson service specifications, one bolt I was even able to unwind by hand. You should never have to check a technicians work and be sure they did the task correct, but if I hadn't, the very same accident could've easily happened yet again. Christmas Shoppers Beware of Clearance Racks @ Frazier's ! Fraziers does not exchange or even consider exchange for another size of the same shirt when bought off clearance rack. What difference would it make if a L or XL was hanging on the rack at the end of the day? They already have your money and chances are you are going to buy more if you are treated well. Not the case with the current manager in Clothing Apparel. Very gruff and unfriendly not apparently caring whether customers return or not. Service department did not do correct repairs. Thought I needed a new Tourpak frame, so I bought one. Come to find out they never secured the bolts while doing a rear fender support. Now they wont take part back that they sold me, that is not needed. Told me it was not their problem. read more

Carl from sales contacted me the following Monday about my purchase experience. After explaining the issue(s), the process for Over the TOP customer care and service began. I could NOT be more impressed with dealership that has shown the type of professionalism and pride for the product and customers as with Frazier's. I have been in the Harley world for my whole life but I join HOG in 2012 through Frazier's. This dealership is amazing in so many aspects. This is a true family and a great representation of what Harley Davidson is about. The team here has been through some tough losses and it has only brought them closer and allowed the customers to fall right into that. Every person there is a true assets. I have been spoiled with a few in particular and they will surely treat you the same. Stephanie in motor clothes as she is always letting me know what new arrivals are in. Carl in financing and sales was great with helping me buy my bike along with finding the best loan for me. Keith in service always goes out of the way to call me with updates and goes over things very thoroughly to make sure I am safe on the road. Then there is Paul. He is one of the best people I have encountered. He is so genuine and cares for people and especially on the roadway. He goes out of his way and enough praise cannot go out to him for what he does.
