Another $100. They stripped the installation screws on the trunk. There seemed to be a problem with the engine. They kept putting me off. Had the scooter towed to their shop. They would not honor the warranty. The owner was nasty to me on the phone and the gentleman that towed my scooter. I had another towing expense to return it back to me. I had to purchase another engine and install it myself. Lesson learned. I will never buy from this establishment nor would I recommend them to anyone.

After my initial stress and panic I finally called Redferns. Chris answered and got to me within 25 minutes. Intially this was a mobile service and when he got there, he then told me he had to get his tow truck and take it back to his shop. He got it back there with no additional cost. It had to stay iver night because it was late. However, today he called me around noon said he found the initial issue and fixed that too. Gave me a very humble and honest review of what needs attention to my vehicle after having saved me in this stressful circumstance. Thank you so much Chris! Truly an earth Angel. He even offered to help my mom out with her car too because she so who came to get me the first night.
