The only way one can access one's account is to use a social security number to continue, but trying to figure out why they, as a mortgage company, don't have that information already, I get nothing but attitude, roundabout non-logic saying that in order for me to access my account they FIRST have to verify the social - yet refuse to tell me the procedure they adopt in order to make that verification. The woman on the phone this time around would not tell me what the procedure is to verify, how they will contact me, and when I asked as she hasn't asked me for the social does that mean they have it already and are just going to add it because I had to take the time to call them and ask them to? She was bitchy, rude, and refused, basically, to supply any information about the process - and so after calling on the birthday to find out how the hell I can access my account, I am left with yet another sour taste in my mouth about these people I'm going to buy a lottery ticket, win big, pay off the mortgage, and hopefully never have to talk to these unprofessional creeps again.
