The receptionist was friendly as well. This location is tucked a way into a strip mall. We were taught a few things in the 45 minutes we had. To join for a membership was more expensive than I'd ever imagine. But if you love dance that much, you'll be willing to pay. Thankfully they knew better than to follow up with us after our "we'll think about it" line.

Next time I think I would like to sit in that section. It's a little smaller, less seats and closer to the stage than where we sat. The play we saw was called, Half Time. It was a true story about older people who auditioned for the half time show for a basketball game. It was funny, entertaining and sad all at the same time. The actors did an amazing job. As far as the singing, some were better than others, but I think part of the problem was, some of the microphones were not as loud as others. It was still really awesome, and made the reality of getting older sobering and funny at the same time. I am not sure how long this show is running, but if it is still at this theater, you should go see it. I was able to only sneak two photos, since we weren't allowed to take pictures. I would go back to see other shows here. It's a great theater located in the great town of Port Jefferson!

I was looking for someone who could accommodate my neck injuries, as well as immune disorder as well as help me strengthen my body! I came to her business with 2 plates as well as screws in my neck and 2 bars in the back of my neck. Melissa was wonderful. she worked with me and was so patient during my struggles. There were times where I just couldn't make it because I was sick or I was just struggling with my injuries because they were that bad. Melissa understood this and explained that investing in yourself takes commitment, so she created a package for me that me and my body could handle. I was scared to try something like this because I spent a year recovering in my bed from these surgeries. I'm so glad I stuck it out and that I was able to find a compassionate instructor who invested in me as much as I invested in her. If you want an instructor that has your best interest at heart and is knowledgeable about how to handled injuries, Then choose Melissa and her place of business. I'm so glad I did.

Long story short I couldn't get into a class for over 2 weeks. Melissa is always confrontational and immediately defensive when you have any kind of concern. I had already paid for a $800+ package so I sucked it up ‍. Fast forward after traveling for work, I cannot book my classes when I should've around 18 left. She states my classes have expired. I start to mention I thought they didn't expire, which is why I signed up... she cuts me off immediately defensively saying all packages expire and bla bla bla. Essentially robbing me $400. As someone with a busy schedule, I wouldn't have paid 800 dollars for something that can expire. I thought small businesses were supposed to be friendly, welcoming people. I didn't argue because it's not worth it, she calls me 10 mins later and says she would give me the remaining classes if I pay for 10 more I tried so hard to like this place because it's 5 mins from my house

Tommy's Tunes was the DJ for my wedding yesterday and I had to run to write this review because I…read morestill cannot believe how phenomenal they were. I had DJ Dominick, MC PJ, and Xander for Photobooth. Dominick's music was INCREDIBLE... he played every single song I asked for, timed all the music perfectly, and kept the party going all night... it was truly banger after banger. The crowd loved it and so did I. PJ was also an absolutely fantastic MC. He was so fun and really did a great job engaging the crowd to keep everyone partying all night! He did great job communicating with me about the schedule for the night too! Overall a 10/10 experience working with Tommy's Tunes. I personally feel that the music and overall DJ experience really either makes or breaks a party and everyone I spoke to told me that this was one of the best weddings they've ever gone to, and I owe it all to Dominick, PJ, and Xander!

At it's peak, there were 150+ fellow viewers. I loved every moment... the wonderful instructor was extremely calming, motivating, down to earth and genuinely positive. I wish I could make him the voice of my alarm clock each morning. Thank you again for hosting this. I've done a few guided meditation sessions before and this one was amongst the most well run. In fact, I almost forgot that this was being done over Zoom... it felt like the class was literally happening within my living room. At times like these, it was such an honor to be surrounded (even if virtually) by hundreds of like-minded and positive individuals. That group dance sess at the end was the icing on the cake!

It is Thanksgiving during a pandemic and many forget how fortunate they are and that they truly have stuff to be grateful for. With work and other outside demands, we need to let stuff go so that we can live in the moment and be happy. This helps to be more focused, energetic, and appreciative. I feel that anyone with a stressful lifestyle could benefit from this center's services. They offer on line classes or online one on one sessions. They are open every day- so there is no excuse to not be able to get some stress relief! Their hours are Monday- Saturday 10 am-10 pm and Sunday 10 am- 3 pm! I learned how to count my blessings today!
