They rebuilt again with no communication other than a 50k bill at the end. 2nd rebuild, rear was covered with oil at Mid-Ohio after a few months. Precision said they'd be responsible for replacing the head casket Took from May-Oct, missed 90% of the season. Now an oil analysis shows serious internal engine problems. So beware. Do not let them anywhere near your engine.

Never once did he come in under budget in 20 years. His word is questionable at best. There was a time when the focus was on the customer and the cars, now it's clearly on income generation. I would not recommend them for street cars, as there are quality shops nearby that do good work AND report the service records electronically. PMR does not, as all my documentation is paper and not reflected on services like CarFax. Take your race car if you don't care about your race budget. You will be very happy there.

Robert was very honest to go as far as to let us know it was cylinder 6 misfiring but it was 1/2 hr before closing time so couldn't go further. Robert allowed my wife to stay in their waiting room with our dog during the extreme heat and even closed in the area so the dog could be loose. Suggested a pet friendly hotel 6 miles down the road. Unfortunately, no vacancy so we limped along further and further away, trying to find a room for the nite with no luck, making going back to the garage in the morning not feasible. Thankfully Bridgewater Volvo was the last dealership I visited. I had a very good experience with my Sales person John and their Tech expert Zach. The team was patient as I test drove many vehicles until I found the right one. The sale was a 2 day process as I had asked that a few items be looked at by the mechanics at the dealership. A few things that impressed me, Volvo offers a 5 year unlimited mile warranty from original date of service on certified pre owned vehicles. Every issue I had was resolved. I had discovered a vibration in the steering wheel during certain braking situations a few days after delivery. I expressed my concern and my Sales person John scheduled an appointment at my convenience, the rotors and brakes were replaced which alleviated the issue. Registration was completed in a timely manner and a check that was owed to me was sent to my home in a timely fashion. I will likely continue to visit them for service as needed.
