My wife and I have 5 children and therefore have seven cars in the household. Jack Endress works on all of our cars and has done so for the last several years. With seven cars and several years we have used Jack on many, many occasions. We have never had a bad experience with him. He is always prompt and courteous. He inspects the car and tells you what absolutely needs to be done and also lets you know what items you can expect may need repair or replacement in the near future but do not necessarily have to be done immediately. I have compared his hourly rate to other mechanics such as PEP Boys and other larger chains and his rate is substantially less than those big outfits. He has always been extremely fair with us and we have never had any issues with the amounts charged. Needless to say, his work is excellent and none of our 7 cars have ever broken down since Jack has been working on them. I could not recommend him more highly. read more

This place is ALWAYS clean. Its crazy. The parking lot is always packed with cars Jack is working on but he keeps the shop very organized. Everything is right there for you to see and he is always willing to show you what's wrong with your car or show you what was replaced. Need to know how something works on your car? Just ask and Jack will explain. I've brought all my families vehicles here and referred multiple friends. Never had an issue and the bill usually hides a surprise....of free stuff! Endress Automotive is exactly what I needed when my car broke down. He was affordable, timely, and did phenomenal work on my car every time I needed help. The shop is easy to get to being on route 31 which was helpful for finding it the first time. The owner Jack has gone above and beyond to help me get my car back as soon as possible, even staying after hours to get it done! It really is a great shop to get any of your automotive needs from routine up-keep to big repair jobs. I joined Yelp for the sole purpose to review this shop. I don't know why all the other good reviews are getting filtered out; they seem to have had the same enjoyable experience as me. Jack came and picked up my BMW from work. He called me with a pretty much exact quote of the work that needed to be done. After he fixed the check engine light, it was brought back to me that afternoon. I paid with a credit card right there, like it seems the other reviewers did, which I thought was great! Trust is an important component when dealing with auto repair. I felt comfortable with Endress. I received comprehensive estimates in a very timely manner. Anything I didn't understand was clearly explained. I brought my truck to Endress after a friend recommended it. I was very glad I did and the truck (17 years old) is driving great. Jack even recommended future repairs to keep an eye on but that were not vital right now. Highly recommend Endress. What other garage picks up and delivers your car?! Ive never found one at least. Its even easier then when i went to the dealer and got a loaner! I called Jack and he was able to basically diagnose the car over the phone with the noise i had. When he got to my house he popped the hood and showed me the cracked belt. 2 hours later he was back with the truck, all done, even ran through the car wash. Hi, Just had my car serviced here today. My car was ready in a timely fashion and I feel I was charged fairly. Also when I inquired about when I might need my brakes replaced he didn't rush me to get the work done he was honest with me and said I had at least 3,000 miles to go!!! That's a bonus in my eyes!!! With that being said I will be returning there when indeed I do need to have the brakes repaired!!! read more

I had no idea what was happening in my car except that the check engine light was on. Jack did a look over and found various things that needed to be worked on. He notified me the repairs and gave me a price of $650. I said fine because this was about 10 different things. When I returned somehow I was saved some money and the total price was $592.
