YOUR website posted her as available. That is the businesses fault in dropping the ball on taking her availability off and on my way to the appointment I'm told there was no availability there were no accommodations provided and the phone operator was blatantly rude. I am not interested in returning EVER as your unprofessionalism/lack of accuracy online. After I was told she is unavailable I checked the site to try an book her again and it said available, if this business was professional they would update the site after my bad experience which did not happen. Zero stars
