Oh man, where to start. I randomly found Jack and the Huntington Group on Redfin when I first started looking to buy. I am so thankful I found him and Abdo. I am a first time home buyer and they made the daunting process much more user friendly. There was no such thing as a stupid question, and they were both communicative and friendly. I had initially posted a review then took off because I will admit Jack is a very hard worker but just because you work hard doesn't mean you work right. In the end our best interest wasn't looked for. This was almost a year ago and I feel like it should be noted because we did not want to deal with this company or communicate with them after the fact. Most of these reviews seem to be friends of the business . Let me start by saying Jack is the most aggressive guy to an absolute fault. He will work against you because he is slimy and wants the check - not your best interest. Aside from this, he has an agent named Joe who was absolutely pretentious acting with my wife. He was aggressive as well. One thing is to be hostile to your client but on real estate you can't be hostile with the other party. It sabotages deals. Once I found out I was done. This is a small brokerage with low quality and zero experience agents and again, our opinion for our experience. I don't see any reason to even consider this company. read more

After entering some quick details into Lending Tree's website, I was connected with Abdo Faissal from the Huntington Group (as well as many other brokerage firms). Simultaneously, I in contact with Wells Fargo to see if I could refinance with my current bank at a lower rate, assuming this would be easier. Abdo was not only incredibly responsive, but he also provided the lowest rates *upfront.* He provided information to help me compare the many different quotes I received and I discovered through this process that many brokers will try to reel you in with what looks like a good deal, but will result in many hidden fees that pop up before close. Once realizing this, it was an easy decision to work with The Huntington Group, as these days it's hard to find honest and transparent professionals. Throughout the whole process, Abdo was extremely communicative, working around my hours, to explain all the process, as well as all of the documents I was signing. He made the process so seamless and we ended up closing right on my birthday, only 3 weeks(!!!) after our initial contact. Abdo was so personable and even sent me a gift to celebrate (too sweet)! I will now be saving nearly $5k per year on interest, which in and of itself is the greatest gift!
