I worked with Esther and her amazing Transaction Coordinator, Ryan on a purchase and a refi. This is my 3rd purchase and 2nd refi and my regret is not finding Esther earlier. I never felt like I was bothering Esther with my questions and appreciated her patience and clear explanation and communication throughout the process. They were transparent about what was happening each step of the way and I got a very low rate. I want to specifically give a shoutout to Ryan too for his quick and consistent communication. Literally every document or message I sent him (which was NUMEROUS to say the least), he would reply with a simple "received, thank you". This small gesture is really helpful in this process because of the amount of emails and docs that go back and forth, I need to know that one didn't slip through the cracks. There were a few curveballs that got thrown into the mix that Esther and Ryan handled perfectly. A few days after offer acceptance, I realized I should probably try to kill 2 birds and also refi a current property. This meant doing both at the same time. Esther and Ryan didn't flinch at that proposition and got through that process seamlessly. In fact, both loans closed within a day of each other! :) I really appreciate their hustle.
