I went today to cancel my order. The guy behind the counter which I did not get his name tells me. "Oh your bed arrived today" What a coincidence that it arrived today. Then he tells me. "We can deliver it on Munday" I agreed since I had no choice. I know that I have told my friends that need furniture not to deal with this place.

We called to complain but the operator told us that we had to talk to JULIO ONLY. The furniture was delivered on a THURS. Saturday we called, left this guy a message and no return call whatsoever, Sunday....same thing. Monday-Tues he was off and another voice message asking for a return call and NADA! not even a week after, the upholstery for the cushions are starting to tear and we also had an issue with a dresser we bought from them. over a week or so after they sent someone over. I told the guy, they need to replace the couch because we are not happy even if they fix the tears. It looks old and worn, its tearing within a few weeks of having it, C'mon what the MADAF right?...but he said exchange/return is 72 hours after delivery. well if this JULIO called us back on time, it would have been w/in the grace period. the service guy reported our request and over a course of another five days we were told that they cannot do anything about it cuz manufacturer refused to honor an exchange. so in this day in age, you pay a good amount for a furniture and they can deliver a LEMON if they want you and you never ever get to see the light of day after that. hard earned money goes to a business while poor John Doe just have to live with it. wheres justice in this, pls help us understand!

It's been over 2 months since I purchased this recliner and have yet to receive it. No one has called me to update me on the status of my recliner. I have called numerous times with a lot of run around to only be told that it's the manufacturers fault for not loading our purchase (which was paid in full) on all their previous shipments. What BS!! And the store manager still has yet to return my call. Terrible customer service from their sales representative to their store manager!
