I will never shop here again. Moving all my business of at least $1000 a month to WinCo in Sumner. Horrible and dishonest management.

Their Jewelry department is awesome, but I could live without some of the cashiers in the grocery part.

Great store, a few not so friendly employees but overall a great place to shop and love the fuel point and rewards system.

Consistently great quality produce, meats, dairy-- and lots of cool things we don't see anywhere else.

I mean, it's 7-Eleven. Expect Big Gulp cups to fill up, hot dogs rotating under a heat lamp and…read moreslurpees, which is why we came here! To celebrate slurpee day on July 7th, we visited 7-Eleven for a free small slurpee. My colleagues and I visited this 7-Eleven, which is located in downtown Bellevue during the lunch hour. We expected a line, but fortunately, not many people were here for slurpee day, so we were able to get in and out. Located off of Bellevue Way, it's easy to spot with plenty of parking in the business strip it's located in. A few of the slurpees here are based off of soda, which I don't drink. But I did find lemonade slurpees, including a mango one, which I ended up getting for slurpee day. It was way too sugary to finish, but hey, it's free. The cashier was fine with us trying the different slurpees before committing to one. When he saw we all had our small slurpees, we were able to just walk out without a purchase. Easy peasy. All in all, it's a typical 7-Eleven with treats, snacks, some items you may need on the go and for convenience, with questionable hot food items. This isn't Japan, guys. You know how it is.

On several…read moreoccasions, my interactions with Rochelle have felt unhelpful and, many times, passive-aggressive. I've left multiple conversations feeling frustrated, discouraged, and without the information I needed to make informed decisions. In my most recent visit, I explained to Rochelle that my husband had purchased my glasses as a Christmas gift and that I wasn't completely sure if they were bought at Costco, but it was very likely. Earlier that day, I had called and spoken with someone in the optical department who advised me that there were options available either they could look up proof of purchase through my membership or I could pay a fee to have my prescription added to my current eyewear. When I came in later that evening, Rochelle was the only person available. After I explained the situation, her response was extremely rude and implied I was lying. When I asked what my options were, I was told that I did not have any. I shared that I had already spoken with someone earlier and did not appreciate feeling like information was being withheld. I then asked to speak with a manager. A young man that was manager came over shortly after, he said he was unsure how to handle the situation. At that point, I felt uncomfortable and defeated, and decided to leave. Because this has happened more than once with Rochelle, I've started to feel uncomfortable seeking services there, as I worry about having another negative interactions. I value clear, respectful communication and would really appreciate a more supportive and consistent experience moving forward. The store overall is a good experience definitely room for improvement in customer service all around with workers and improvement on better quality items.
