a shopping cart full of groceries

I love deals! I have 4 kids and I have actually been a fan of grocery outlet for years. I use to live in Lacey so I've been to many grocery outlets within a hour of this one and this one and the Lacey location are definitely my favorite. Clean, great customer service and amazing prices!!! Great produce too! I've been to a few like Bonney Lake, tacoma, etc! And a lot of them have high prices if you know how to shop you will notice the bad deals. Come to this one!! I don't want to share my secret spot but if your feeding 6 people and 4 pets like me you need to know about this Location. It's really good for classroom needs too. Like school snacks, etc. They have good priced bulk. Especially a great spot for Vegans & Dairy Free/gluten free families.

Store is clean, bright, location works for me since it's on my way home from work. They have a good selection of items.

It'd be nice if your floor people could run a register, too, but at the very least your managers should assist and not allow a line of 20 people. Oh sorry, we only have one cashier, is not acceptable when your line is going down the entire store. Don't close out all the tills in the freaking store at 8pm when you know you're gonna be busy until closing time. It's just common sense. Don't admonish your cashiers that they should "make sure they're making announcements starting at 8:30". What needs to happen is the manager on duty actually show they have some leadership qualities and ASSIST the cashiers with the operations of the store, like making closing announcements when they see their sole (excruciatingly slow and rude) cashier has a long line. -Secondly, you cannot lock an entry door to a store when you have customers in a building. It is ILLEGAL because it's a clear hazard in case of an emergency. Completely against fire code and I will be reporting this to the city. My 13-year old got bored and went out to the car with my phone and couldn't get back in, hence why I can't attach photos. I guess I really shouldn't expect more. I interviewed with DT about 15 years ago for an Assistant Manager position and the District Manager basically told me he liked me but that his Store Managers didn't even make the kind of money I had been making in my previous position as a Department Manager at another retailer. So, I'm guessing these people barely make above minimum wage.

They used to have a small health clinic inside, but it's no longer in operation. The bathroom is located toward the back, which is convenient if you know where to look. The cashier on duty wasn't particularly warm, but with another employee available to help with general questions, it balanced out the experience. Parking is plentiful, but the store can be a bit tricky to access depending on the direction you're coming from or heading out to. Overall, it gets the job done, but not the most welcoming vibe. They don't care they will shut the window in front of your face this is a horrible place. I am going to be finding a new Pharmacy. I have been dealing with them after leaving the horrible Rite Aid that I went to now I'm in the search of another Pharmacy.

We just finished hockey and wanted to hit up some local thrift, vintage, shops. So when we arrived, they were closed. We walked to a nearby thrift store then came back. We were immediately intrigued by the stores ambiance. It was set up really cute, total vintage, and clean. Many things caught our eyes, and we scattered all giddy, but the elder behind the counter kept staring at us, NONE STOP. Like we were stealing from her. Which made it awkward. So we didn't stay long. Then she got very flustered, that I wanted to pay 1/2 cash, 1/2 card. I stood there quietly. To the point I was like, just keep the clothes. It's ok, but we really liked what we were buying. Many things are over priced, as many "vintage" stores are. (Ex. A "very" used pair of Converse Chucks were $45). You gotta really shop for the diamond in the rough, but it's absolutely worth it. They had a nice selection of attire, we would've purchased more. However, not finding much clothing under $40, and I was shopping with two teenagers. It was a tad outta our price range.

It'd be tough to improve on anything at Pure. There are people who get in the business of hawking vintage stuff because it's trendy or a quick buck, and then there are people who know the business deeply because they love it. Jordan is firmly in the latter camp; her little shop on "I" St. (across from Tacoma Little Theatre) was her family shop for ages, and the newer, more expansive one (attached to Kings Books) allows plenty of room to roam. (It also feels really clean, unlike some vintage stores I've browsed.) With different stuff in the store vs. at the year-round weekly market vs. in the Etsy shop, you can have a whole lot of fun browsing here. And when you find the winners for you, it won't break the bank to hug them all up (Tiny Toons/Elmira-style) and bring them home with you. Enjoy!

This is all mine now. Sorry-not sorry. But Pure has a ton of vintage Pendleton for you to score, too.

The employees for the most part are just not nice, no thank yous, have a good day, anything. I couldn't check out with my discounts and they wouldn't help. I left my full grocery cart there. Called the manager who sounded nice but all he kept saying was " i wish they would have called me or another manager.Because this was an easy fix" but they didn't call a manager, and they didn't offer any other solutions. So now i'm sitting out in front of fred meyer, trying to get the guts to go in.And face the pain to do a second grocery shopping trip that I really didn't need to do today because I have a lot of shit.I have to do every day. This sets me back at least two hours, maybe more. It's going to cost me an extra hour.A second time. The manager apologized and is going to send me a gift card.So that I will try them again. But I haven't decided if I will use the gift card or not yet. Because so far, shopping at q f c for me has been a huge waste of time and money. If their prices are high and they offer digital coupons. But then you cannot use the digital coupon price.Even though you've signed up and you're a member, then that seems kind of like false advertising to me.You come into their store even though they're more expensive than every other grocery store you pick out what you want on coupon. You go to buy it and you have to pay full price. That's a scam. If it happens one more time I'll be calling the lawyers and police. You cannot be scamming people. It's like they're dependent on the fact that you spent so much time. There, shopping and picking up your groceries. That they hope that you'll just pay full price at the register.Because you're too frustrated to walk out and go to another store. It's immoral. It's anti america. It's anti advertisement law. The manager did seem to care, but the two cashiers that I had a problem with the past two times I went absolutely did not care. They didn't even call the management up, which is what they're supposed to do apparently. But they probably didn't want to get in trouble for not helping the customer. So why call the manager when the customer will just go away? Pathetic. One star rated. If I ever decide to go again and they change things. And I see that their cashiers have been trained I will come here. And I will change my review. I really doubt that's gonna happen.
