This is the best store, people are kind and helpful and I've found deals there after paying twice the price on Amazon! I absolutely love it, even the customers are nice, it just has a friendly helpful experience. It's not Joes, it's not Fred Meyer and it's not QFC, it's Grocery Outlet and I recommend it to anyone. Horrible customer service from the store, to the corporate office. I will be uploading pictures from the corporate emails. I'm sad I honestly did love shopping there but I guess I will take my business elsewhere. The owner has never responded to my email below. Edgar is the name on the card. I wanted to let you know I have been shopping at this Grocery Outlet since it has opened. I was so excited to have a Grocery Outlet closer I love the value shopping! The restrooms have apparently become an issue there. They used to be public and people could use them. Now I have to get a manager, no problem this happens. Today while I have a cart full of items I intended to purchase I was told by both managers that they do not have restrooms in such a loud rude manner I was absolutely embarrassed. They literally refused to let me use the restroom so I could continue shopping, then they spoke across the store to one another basically calling me a liar. This behavior is not only inappropriate it's absolutely disgusting. I'd like to offer you an opportunity to correct this as it's easy to see attendance at this Grocery Outlet has dwindled, and under this management it's easy to see why. Be aware of expiration dates, that is.. if you care for them. Selection changes often. Do not become attached to the products you buy as may not be there next time. I must admit I was not planning on coming back after my initial visit given limited selection (generally not a one stop shop) and few products I saw nearing expiration date. My brother requested to go back given raves about this place from his coworkers. I am glad I have visited on multiple occasions to see how the store changes. Often Grocery Outlet will get products from other retailers that are not moving items quickly. I have bought a bag of dog food here, normally $79 elsewhere, for $19.99. I have bought t as Talenti ice cream normally $3.99-$5.99 for $0.99-$1.99; I have bought many organic items I never have thought of buying, however, price was well worth. Keep in mind, selection is limited - certain items like anise, pistachio flour, almond flour, soy milk and others I could not find here. Sometimes soy milk will be in, other times not. Snack aisle changes often and it is a good change to try different products, often potentially higher quality brands (i.e. nonGMO, organic). Consider the store a Marshall or TJMaxx of grocery stores, but neatly organized. Most items are priced well, some are comparable to other grocery stores. read more

Love the Grocery Outlet but this one chooses to insult thier customers by foisting off there cardboard boxes on their customers if you don't bring bags or sell you an expensive reusable. No cheap bags like the other stores. This time i was in they made me pack the boxes myself. read more

I avoided Grocery Outlet for years. That was a huge mistake. I love Grocery Outlet! Some people get excited to got to thrift stores to see what they can find, and I feel that way with Grocery Outlet. I eat plant based and mostly organic and they always have fun finds for much cheaper than other stores. read more

2 Stars? What do you think this is, the Ritz Carlton? We're talking 65 cent energy drinks here folks. Gas station reject merchandise. I'm curious at exactly what these reviewers expected. It's right there in the name. Grocery. Outlet. Bargain. Market. Their mascots are rip-off muppets for crying out loud. Are you upset because their dented can selection is lacking? Did they not have your favorite brand of organic local grain fed pickles? Was the questionable produce too questionable? Your problem isn't with the Bargain Market, your problem is that you don't know how to shop here. It's not a one-stop-shop. It's a supliment to your grocery errand. You're sifting through the sand here to find the gems. I needed a tension rod, but didnt want to pay 10 to 15 bucks for one on Amazon or Target. So I didn't. You know where I found one? Hell yeah, I found it at Grocery Outlet for $5. That rod held the shit out of some drapes too. And by drapes I mean a blanket, because I'm broke. That's why I'm shopping here. My kid's all into those Chobani Flip yogurts that are like $1.70 at Winco. We buy them for him because he eats better than we do. But we find those flip yogurts and Bargain Market for less than 70 cents. Brand name too. So I buy all of them and my kid's up first thing in the morning getting his diabetes on every day. My trolly's got all 4 wheels on it and we fill that thing up every time and walk out with $60 worth of random groceries. So what if we got pasta and no sauce, or PB and no J. Catsup instead of ketchup, or the cans have yellow stuff oozing from them. You can take your double-income no-kids active lifestyle over to Trader Joes. Most def has either racist and or discriminatory staff. I walked in with one small (I bought an item from the dollar tree next door) bag and she told me that I needed to put my bag at the front. I asked for what and she said store policy and then just watched as a white guy walked in with a bag and started shopping. She said nothing. I left. read more

Really like Grocery Outlet but was recently charged the wrong price on an item. ( Price tag said $0.99 and i was charged $1.69) I always look at my receipt before leaving the store, so brought the discrepancy to the cashiers attention, she told me to talk to the manager who then told me that they could refund the difference OR return the item and I had not even LEFT THE STORE yet!! Smh. If i grabbed something off the shelf and walked out without paying would that be ok? Stealing is stealing with its my hard earned money, or your merchandise. It is wrong. I like grocery outlet because I can typically find good for you foods as well as snacks for dirt cheap. The only reason I give them 4 stars is the staff turnover is high. I also went to the one in Renton and it was the absolute gem of a grocery store. The wine selection is fantastic with the 3.99 wines being better than expected. I also am not a fan of the shopping center that has 2 nightclubs and some other sketchy stores in it with people that are panhandling. Update: David is a great owner however someone accused my roommate of theft even though she had been a customer since the store opened. I won't be back after this episode; no thanks.. I've stopped at this location twice. I have Grocery Outlet on my RETALE app, and I noticed things I'd like to try.

Today this new Grocery Outlet Bargain Market is getting my not so favorite rating. My first couple of visits to this store were just ok... nothing in particular set me off. But today I came in on my short lunch break for a small snack. I got a yogurt. I looked down every aisle for plastic spoons which I was having trouble finding. I passed about 6 different employees throughout my some 20 minutes in the store and NOT ONE greeted me in any way or asked if they could help me find something.... as I purposely put a lost expression on my face. I eventually found the plasticware and proceeded to the check out. The cashier, Q was friendly with me and talked about the Seahawks as I was hawked up for Blue Friday. We were in conversation still when her supervisor interrupted and told her there was still work to be done. I was put off by this. I work in customer service very close to this store and and I would offer superior service if I encountered any of them at my place of business. I certainly wouldn't walk by a customer with out acknowledging them and I would offer help if they needed to find something. I had great service at this location one time in the wine tasting day in June.... but it's been poor service since. I hope it gets better and they treat everyone with great service.... because ANYONE can write a Yelp review. read more

A friend of mine worked here for a bit. The owner was always telling the workers they were being watched on the security cams. That is weirdo. She would be nice one day to C and mean the next. Half the workers from a rehab...so I guess a reason to watch them. But why would we want to shop there then? read more
