Service is good. Matter of fact it was real good. However, I do have a beef with Freddy's. Their fuel points are points that you earn and there shouldn't be a time at least not every month that they expire. So you know one month I might spend a lot of money on something and then the next month they don't spend anything. But if I if I don't need gas or if I don't go anywhere we're retired so we don't really drive a lot. But we wind up being penalized for that by them. Expiring the points. Been here about 5 times this year and been fairly smooth - there is a self serve area as well as a full service station side. They always ask my Freddy's number so I can redeem my well earned points. The only caveat is the location - there is heavy traffic and road closures and a bit out of the way compared to other gas stations. I have only met friendly employees that help me fill up immediately however, so thank you! read more

This 92nd Avenue location of Fred Meyer Fuel Center is my gas station of choice because it's conveniently positioned between a few popular neighborhoods and the interstate onramps. The folks here are all really nice, and always have dog treats for my pug. Love my dog and I'll love your business... I'm an easy customer! Customers can save a whole lot of money by signing up for the Fred Meyer rewards card. I regularly save 0.40-0.50 cents a gallon, and with prices of fuel fluctuating like crazy, I'll take all take all the savings I can get. The attendants consistently ask for fuel reward info before pumping, which incredibly helpful because I know I would always forget. Simply share your telephone number with the attendant if you don't have your card handy. There are six lanes at this location, with a few having changed to self-serve with state regulations changing earlier this year. The self-serve lanes tend to take a little longer if cars are lining up, so I don't mind letting the folks pump my fuel for me. Besides, this is a very well-staffed location that always has three or four attendants hustling and bustling around the station. My favorite Gas Station! Great service, similar to shopping at Fred Meyer for groceries. I've been getting fuel here for years, they generally have it together and are almost always friendly. Of course it is not as fun when it gets busy, so go when it's not as crowded, that's my best tip. Don't forget your Fred Meyer Fuel Reward Points, and save some $... This Fred Meyer fuel center I feel just barely gets bye. I'm going to give four stars for mainly effort. I use to work up in the store and know the struggle of call outs. Those who do show up hustle with a smile and needs to be praised. It does get busy. This location is for Gateway, about a mile NW of the store, follow Halsey all the way down (west). It's kind of tucked in a tight busy corner and the turn lane back up toward gateway can get pretty backed up. I expect it to be busy so don't think it may be a quick trip, and they also don't do wrap around for other side of hose/tank- new policy. It is convenient for on the way to the freeway. read more

This is a great place to fill up. Yes, sometimes the lines are long but that's because their gas prices are 30-40 cents less a gallon, and that's before applying Fred Meyer Fuel points! It's on the way to and from the I84 ramp making it a popular stop for gas, so cut them some slack. I've been coming here for years when I'm shopping at Gateway, Mall 205 or SE 82nd. Service has always been friendly, some days are slower than others; some days are faster. For the significant savings per gallon, I happily just go with the flow. It's a few extra minutes to save $8. Getting gas in Oregon is different. I have to restrain myself from getting out of the car to pump gas. I have to remind myself that this is someone else job the entire time I'm sitting here and that it is illegal for me to do it. I think Fred Meyer's gas is fairly cheap. Whenever I pull up to the gas pump, the attendant is always friendly to me and ask if I have a rewards with them, what gas I want, and if I want a receipt after. Overall: I'm just used to pumping my own gas, so it's nice that someone will be pumping my gas from now on, especially during the cold winter. The reason why I couldn't give them 5 stars is because of the long lines during the morning, so steer clear around those times. Usually at night I can get in and out quickly without waiting so long. read more

Pulled in and noticed that we had never seen so many employees at this station. Sat there for 5 minutes with 3 guys behind us talking--maybe they were on break. Finally left without getting gas. Never had service that bad before. read more

Hours are 24 hours a day but just went on a Saturday at 7:50pm and no one is there, there's a closed sign and no gas prices are posted. ‍

Why are there only three out of the ten pumps at this station available to right sided gas tanks?? It's so frustrating. Everyone with a left sided tank gets there gas right away and leaves while us right sliders have to wait forever. It makes no sense! read more

Just like all Fred Meyer fuel locations this one is very slow. Out of 10 fuel stations only 6 are usually working. They don't have enough staff to operate full gas station. Fred Meyer needs to hire more people or allow customers to pump their own gas. It takes about 20 minutes to wait in lines for gas. read more

5 cars waiting for gas when we pulled up then some guy sauntered out shortly after that to help us looks like people were sitting here for some time now we're waiting so we can get to the pump. Unbelievable. One person said they had been waiting for 25 minutes! Then we all waited until the attendant filled up gas cans for a guy that had an RV and start Started filling the RV. Been coming here awhile and kept forgetting to check in surprised that nobody has added this. Friendly guys cheap gas in price and quality but such is life. Not too far from an I-84 entrance crazy busy they have arrows for one way through that mostly gets followed. read more

The attendant started by asking if I wanted diesel in my car(It's a VW GTI, not every VW is diesel). After fueling my car up, while closing the fuel filler door, the attendant pushed too hard and the cover, which is painted to match the car's exterior, fell off, scratching and chipping the paint. The attendant immediately denied any responsibility, so I asked for the Manager. He came out, saw me with the cover in my hand, and without even inspecting anything else, said, "that's cosmetic, not my problem", and turned around to walk away. I asked for a number to talk to a higher up, was told there was "no one else to talk to" and continued walking, mumbling about how he was "tired of dealing with people's s***". After following the manager into the pay kiosk to demand a number, I was confronted by several other employees who accused me of being "physically violent", surrounded me, and demanded that I leave. As I was on the phone with police, the attendants mocked me in front of other customers and yelled insults. This is literally the worst treatment I've ever had at any business, and now I have been left on the hook by Kroger while the store manager "reviews my complaint". read more

Incredibly slow service. I understand to a certain point but it's so slow sometimes it's comical.

We shop at Fred Meyer all the time and have for years. I like the fuel points system, and we have been trying to like the Fred Meyer fuel station in our neighborhood (using it relatively regularly ever since it opened). Frankly, it sucks. For a couple years now I've been making excuses for them (it's new, they'll learn. It's busy, they're trying, etc.). But the real problem is systemic - they don't have one. The people who run the pumps wander around apparently clueless about who is in the way, who has gas pumping and who doesn't, who has a full tank with a hose just sitting there doing nothing. It takes at least twice as long to get in and out of there as it needs to. Today I sat there next to the pump for 15 minutes without them hooking me up! Twice a supervisor looked over and said, "someone'll be with you in a minute." Nope. Two pumpers stood by the pay station staring into space Lille they were hoping to be raptured. The gas is cheap - but if your time is worth anything, it costs way too much to stop here. read more
