I had bathroom emergency, the person a the counter said the restroom was broken and go to Taco Bell. Isn't a place that has food service need to have a fully functioning restroom? Where does the staff go to use the restroom, do they walk across the parking lot to use the toilets? Is this a health code violation? The health department needs to check this place out. read more

Do not fill up here!!! Card reader does not work, so I go to the counter. They will not allow me to "fill up" and say I must prepay $50. Car uses $38 in gas so I go back in to make the adjustment. The answer is "we can't do that you have to call your bank"...!!!???!!! So they steal your money and make you have to waste your time calling my your bank to try to get it back. I was there last night a little after 9pm. The gas station attendant was standing by the pumps on his phone and didn't even look up when multiple cars came up to the pumps. We all pumped our own gas, I don't even think he looked up once and I was there for probably 10-15 minutes. It's not a huge deal to me because I know how to get my own gas and the pump worked just fine, but why pay an employee to sit there on their phone? read more

Yelp should really have a zero star option. This location seriously should try to gather a new management team. Absolutely disgusted the last time I went in, this last week. A lady by the name of Secret had the audacity to call a customer stupid right in front of me. I wouldn't call myself offended, it's more along the lines of a customer that is no longer. And from what I gathered all the man wanted was his change they wrongfully charged him for. Not a big concern maybe a free drink for the mis-communication if that's what it even was. I went to this store after an experience that was not great down the road at a different 7-Eleven. They were able to sell everything that I was trying to purchase without difficulty. I also do not see very many stores open this late. I did not see anyone outside asking for money or being a problem. read more

I thought this would be very convenient being right by the airport for a quick refuel on my rental car. Instead it took 20 mi ites of waiting through 10 light cycles to get back on the main road to the airport. So frustrating. Almost missed my flight due to the unplanned wait time. This 7-11... really I never thought I would rate a 7-11. Cause it's convenient. You don't go there for great service. But I got convenience and GREAT SERVICE is what I got. The employees were funny and made waiting for gas a good time. They are hooting and hollering, working together. It was a pleasure to come here! Who would expect that?! I have never seen this at a gas station!! Also, I was behind a customer who went inside and took forever to come back out. Review #270 - 2018 I've never been so inclined to write a review for a 7-Eleven, because I rarely ever set foot inside of one. But, this location definitely deserves a negative review so they can actually retrain their employees. When I pulled up to get gas, I was expecting the guy who was "trying" to put in the garbage bag to put it down so he can come & assist me. However, he looked over & kept doing his thing like he was ignoring me on purpose. The other guy from across the way saw me and came over, probably wondering why his buddy isn't helping me. I gave him my credit card & he filled my tank, while the first guy decided to comment on why he didn't go and help the other person & let the second guy do it instead. He said that the driver didn't look like he could afford to tip him. Really? Wow! If you just stand there and judge people on the way they look, no one will ever tip you, buddy! Go and do your job whether the customers tip you or not. It is part of your duty of a gas station attendent in the state of Oregon! Sheesh! This is not the greatest store I've been to, usually the hot food is decent but sometimes rather old and cold, I hadn't had any issues getting gas until today when I asked for a set amount the attendant first said he couldn't do that, then when I told him I've had it done before he asked "but when it was busy?" This place is taking advantage of people in tough times. Stopped in for 25.00 of over-priced gas and attendant told me they only do fill-ups now. Went back a couple weeks later to verify and now there telling people you have to go inside to pay for anything less than a fill-up. Just trying to force people to buy more of their overpriced gas. I'm glad that this second airport area location opened up, considering the proximity to the ground transportation lot and how convenient it is to grab a quick bite, coffee, or even gas and a quick wash here... But it's not without faults. Oh boy. First off: The staff. While super friendly and doing the best they can, often times they're talking to each other while working and the line to check out gets large rather quickly. This can be annoying when you're only in to buy a water or a coffee and want to get back to work. However, once they're actually paying attention, things go by okay I guess. Secondly: Technology. While it would be fair to say that it's a new store and they still have bugs to work out... It's been open for a while and feel like they should be smooth sailing like the other store in the area. Unfortunately, this isn't the case. There still is issues with the pin pads and computers it seems. And oftentimes there will be annoying beeping constantly going on and the staff doesn't seem to do anything. There are constant slowdowns, but I partially blame the technology. Thirdly: Gas station operations (including the car wash). The attendants can be hit and miss with service but I usually never have to wait too long. But I generally don't get gas in Oregon if I can solely because I like having total control. So no major gripes. My biggest complaint? The car wash. The Mark VII Softwash is the biggest piece of garbage I've ever seen and it's still a new wash. The basic wash is nerfed down so much as if they want you to justify paying $10 for the middle wash or $12 for the best. Not only that, but it seems to miss the top of my car and the entire wash system drips as it dries and my car is still wet afterwards! Not worth it. Go to washman. Or better yet, replace it with an express tunnel! All in all this place is okay at best. Great if you're traveling, not so much if you're local. read more

This place had a card skimmer on the pump I used and within a couple hours of using my credit card here I had $300 worth of charges for Amazon and Chewy. This is less than impressive given that this is Oregon and they have gas pumpers who swipe your card for you and pump the gas. Either the gas pumpers at this station are completely oblivious or (more likely) they are in on the skimmer business. When I called the 7-Eleven to let them know they had a card skimmer on one of their pumps the manager kept trying to convince me it was just a pending charge (nope, not for $222 from Amazon!) and didn't really listen to me. I've never reviewed a gas station before on (nor looked at a gas station's reviews) but hopefully someone sees this and it saves them the hassle I went through. I am a regular at this 7/11. I am a driver who spends an average of 250.00 a week. Tonight I stopped in to get a drink and smokes. While digging out the .19 cents to make my purchase two small scraps of paper fell to the floor. The male clerck who was working the register at 11:25 pm demanded I pick up the scraps of paper. He closed the cash drawer and just stared at me. He still owed me 11.00 dollars change. He refused to give me my change until I picked up the two small scraps of paper! If this is the kind of employee that 7/11 wants representing them. I am more then happy to use the other 7/11 gas and convenient store a mile away. They're gas prices are about 5 to 10 cents cheaper anyway I do plan on speaking with the manager about this. Nobody needs that kind of treatment. read more

OK this is a gas trap. They charge you twice up the amount per gallon because it's next to the airport avoid this location.

Unfortunately, this location is amazing, but the service is terrible. I always end up waiting significantly longer than I should as the staff are yelling at each other, trying to get the right hand to know what the left hand is doing. The staff inside the store have not been better... It doesn't seem that "moving with a sense of urgency" has been any part of the training process inside or out. Worst gas station experience EVER. I pulled over to the pump that didn't have full service sign. The attendant then came over and told me it's full service and not to touch the pump. The pump stopped and it was $4.40. He cane back and started overfilling. I told him to stop, but he pumped more in while saying "you want me to stop?" What a Jerk.
