Found the battery section and...it's basically empty. Guess we're throwing that in my Amazon cart, too. At that point I decided to just kinda walk around and yeah...the number of empty spaces on the shelves are very telling. I won't waste my time here again. I will say though, if you're looking for Seattle/Washington tourist trinkets they have a really cute selection!

After lunch, I decided on CVS because I am a member of the Loyalty Program. At home in Hawaii, CVS retained its name of Longs Drugs Store... LOL! I searched the aisles and was about to give up. I don't like to ask employees. I enjoy finding things on my own. I tried the front of the store first, then the stationary section. My last hope was the souvenir department... Voila!!! There they were on a vertical display! I was so happy!!! Thanks for stocking an almost obsolete item!!! I used self-check out and got that super long printout with receipt and coupons... haha! It's very rare to have such an immediate flip in service in one visit between 2 deli associates…read more First I'd like to address the courtesy clerks hanging out outside, not gathering cars, the cashier's inside with no help to bag while they're outside checking their phones and socializing. The shoes, white short sleeve button up shirt with a blue tie and navy blue or black slacks to match! I was a courtesy clerk at 16 when there was etiquette, training and most definitely strict representation of the store's brand! No matter who you asked from the bagger to the manager, if they worked there, they knew where literally everything was located and if something was out of stock! Nowadays I get a lot of confused looks or "I don't know" and they walk off without attempting to assist! Nowadays you're lucky if you can find 1 committed, hard-working courtesy clerk at any store! To...I digress, let's get it! I initially ordered their 4 piece for $5 and a 1/2 lb of JoJo's. The 1st associate was very welcoming, sincere and thoughtful when picking out the 4 pieces. She'd just saved me a coupon and a trip to kfc for a $5 2 piece meal! As I was leaving there was a man at the door asking for change for food, I searched my pockets and found nothing so I said that I had nothing, he thanked me anyway. I went to my truck to see if I had any change there, I didn't so I went and gave the man my 4 piece and JoJo's and went back inside and ordered another for myself...this was the other associate. I ordered the same thing and she gathered it but not taking time to check the food for what's freshest and what's not like the previous associate had done. I came home and immediately regretted not saying anything; over 1/2 the jojo's were hard and stale! The pieces of chicken she choose weren't any better! Some weren't even hot, but they're all sitting in the warmer together so how is that?! It's the end of the day, I get it. It's a busy mother's Day, I get it. Customer satisfaction is your job...Get it?! Do Better!! To the initial associate: Thank you for your dedicated service! The man in need got some well selected fresh chicken for dinner and I'm grateful for that!

I'm going to work on sending another email to Mike Johnson head of Kroger and the lady who was in charge of Fred Meyer I can't remember her name to see if we can still get bags with handles on them. Safeway has plastic bags and they have handles and that way you can carry six bags at once instead of just one or two.

I was shopping at this Walgreens about 45 minutes ago when I had to suddenly run out to the parking…read morelot because of an emergency involving my dog. I left the items I intended to purchase in the first aisle, which is covered by security cameras, so it would have been easy to verify what happened. When I returned to finish shopping for urgent medical supplies my boyfriend needed, the manager, who introduced himself as "Jaja" Omar (pronounced "Ya-Ya" Omar), immediately accused me of stealing, threatened to call the police, and ordered me to put my items down and leave the store. I did not steal anything. Instead of checking the security footage, he refused to investigate and chose to publicly accuse and embarrass me. I was a paying customer trying to complete a legitimate purchase, yet I was treated like a criminal without any evidence. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've ever had. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and given the benefit of a proper investigation before being falsely accused. I will not be returning to this location, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend shopping here.

It was *the same product* but that's totally fine, I just selected the next offering of the product, and she called over her supervisor over who informed me they don't match "sales" prices (its always on sale, even for single purchases). I have no problem with them not honoring "subscribe and save" prices, but if you're not honoring the offered price of the product on Amazon then you're actually not price matching anymore. WHICH IS ALSO FINE, but there's zero reason to take a tone, or scoff... You can just explain your current pricing policy and be kind about it. (Why bother being any other way? I literally felt like the cashier was trying to shame me, and annoyed for no reason). So since they offered no discount, I purchased from Amazon to have it delivered two hours later, at a price that is TEN DOLLARS LESS than theirs. (Zero extra cost for same day delivery, as it's $27.99 on Amazon - above their $25 dollar threshold.) I really can't recommend going in to Super Supplements to pay 25% more and be treated rudely. I offer 3 stars because it's clean, and I like supporting small businesses and giving the benefit of the doubt for anyone in customer service (which I have worked for many years). Yet I think they need to get their foundation right and cut out unnecessary negativity or confusion. They have certainly lost my business.

It's not huge inside, but it carries a surprising variety of vitamins, supplements and natural medications, among other things. There's even a spot in the back for aromatherapy oils, etc if you're looking for that too. I didn't get the name of the woman working here, but she was very friendly and chatty, talking all about different products and benefits of them and such - but never in a pushy, 'forcing you to buy things you didn't want' manner. The place was a little dark inside, but it was probably because the power was out, and they were running off a generator - I'll have to check and compare the next time I'm back. Some of the prices are somewhat more expensive then other places for the same products, a lot of them are very competitive against what you'd pay other places for them. I'm okay paying a little more though if I can find all the things I'm looking for in one convenient little store. LIke I mentioned the place is small and tucked way in the back of the shopping center, it's easy to miss when you first drive by if you're not really looking for it so be sure to be paying attention.
