The one glaring negative I observed after 6 years of visits here is the shrew at the desk of the oral surgery reception area. She is dismissive, rude, has zero customer service skills and is a detriment to the practice. Her condescending tone is obnoxious and she clearly needs some training to change that. I can't imagine how patients for whom paying for oral surgery is a struggle feel when she acts as if their questions about billing are an inconvenience. I sincerely hope she either develops some self awareness or Touro finds her another job with minimal patient contact.

Still, during a hurricane (and yes, a pandemic because we are still in one), the woman at the front desk gave me an attitude and sounded more annoyed at me asking to reschedule and she told me they were going to charge me a $75 fee.
