Mr. Alfredo (Freddy) came to fix two closets with sliding doors. He even took the doors out to see what the problem was. Now the doors work. He also fixed the ceiling that had some strange marks, by scraping and using compound. Before doing that, he took a look outside and showed me some new bricks that had been installed on the wall, meaning a repair had been made and no leak would come in. I never saw those new bricks. What do I know. He also showed me how to tilt the windows. That night I slept like a dog (all night). No more stress about closet doors falling on me. He knows what he is doing. I sought a quote to repair two large drywall gaps in my basement where rats were entering. In addition to offering the best price, he: 1. Came out the day before to inspect/measure, 2. Took care of the rodents when it wasn't a requirement of the job, and 3. not only sealed the two gaps but also sealed off a large area in the ceiling that I hadn't specified.
