Personally I haven't heard the first negative comment about this place. I do know they have an on-site manager and a security fence with a sturdy looking gate. It's all indoor storage! Rates start at 50.00 dollars per. month for a 5 by 5 unit to a 10 by 20 unit at 200.00 per. month. Additionally, there are many In between sizes with a host of different pricing. I usually drive by this business every day on my way to run my personal errands around town. I almost always see a couple of storage unit customers. But I never see very many! They are building another facility directly across from this one. The existing mini storage building is huge!

The very knowledgeable owner (unbelievably honest) suggested the cheapest one in stock. At my age he knew I didn't need a commercial one. He very kindly took the line off the spool and showed me how to rethread it. He also spent a large amount of time teaching me how to start and stop it. It's been a long time since an owner of any kind of shop spent this much time helping me. Was this a great experience buying my new weed eater? You bet it was! The total cost was 302.39 USD. Cherokee Small Engine is owned by a husband and wife team and it's obviously a profitable venture. I very much like this whole operation. I very strongly recommend!

The public access area and this reservoir are owned by Spartanburg Water System. I located the customer service window and a very friendly and helpful lady answered all of my questions. Mainly I wanted to know if we needed a permit to fish here. The fishing is free but a South Carolina fishing license is required for people over sixteen years of age. Since my initial inquisitive visit we have fished to our hearts content. People visiting do have to adhere to some pretty basic rules. The Warden's office staff are a pleasure to talk to and they obviously like their jobs very much. I suggest a visit to the Warden's office to discuss any questions you may have before enjoying their beautiful lake and surrounding facilities.

A person makes a food donation and places it inside the box. Anyone in need is welcome to take food. This is obviously a wise church ministry. It's difficult for a hungry person to be receptive of a spiritual message if their empty stomach is growling louder than the message from the messenger. There's a reason why Jesus commanded us to feed the hungry! I love the idea of Jacob's Pantry and I will start today putting canned food in this donation box whenever I'm in the area which is often!

I got to see firsthand what this is all about. In reality this is a daycare center that offers after school bus service. They have a lot of kids enrolled! They also have a small private bus fleet. I also saw a terrific looking playground. They also offer educational services, field trips, and homework assistance. I liked and approved everything that I saw and heard about Eagle Academy!
