Their so-called "customer service" is nonexistent. The fact that it's this difficult to talk to anyone just proves I'm making the right decision by canceling my service. This will be the 2nd time we have had to call for a fill this winter season. I watched them fill our neighbors tank yesterday (again for the 2nd time) and drive on by our address leaving us to have to call today to request a fill. My husband & I are both recovering from surgeries & he had to go out to check our tank gauge which showed less than 5 percent. Our heaters smell horribly when the gas gets low which is how we know when we are out of gas. The first time we called for a fill after running low we were told it would be another week for delivery as they only had 2 drivers to service the entire area. Also, our online account page is never accurate. It does not show the correct information regarding our account at all. I hope this office can turn things around as they are the closest local gas company. If not, we will have to get from service from Shelby, NC even though we live in SC.

I bought two heaters today: one for my daughter's bonus room and another for her office at school. My daughter's bonus room is heated but it's still chilly up there. Found a local named Mudhole on the job site from the area who told me about this little hidden gem. Killians Service Center. Not far from where I was staying and a route that involves absolutely no traffic. The guys that I dealt with were fast and friendly with the propane service and always willing to jump right on it when I came in. I hope this review helps another person on the lookout for propane.
