They didn't test it, didn't check anything, just took the money and sent me on my way with a tool that DID NOT START even once. And even after THEY failed to get it running, they still refused to take responsibility. No refund. No replacement. No solution. Just excuses and "go somewhere else." Not far from where I was staying and a route that involves absolutely no traffic.
