Each staff member of this place knew their part by heart and it was amazing. A truly gifted pastor named Reverend Tommy Wright delivered the main message. Another lay person also gave an uplifting speech and provided Holy Scripture as his reference. Blakely Funeral Home performed beyond excellent! I usually drive by this business every day on my way to run my personal errands around town. I almost always see a couple of storage unit customers. But I never see very many! A few weeks ago my husband was arrested a day after his father attacked him. Never once striking…read moreback, the victim was taken to jail. This never happened in my 56 years. It never happened to him. The Cherokee county jail said he was staying overnight. I was panicking and called a random bail bonds number online. They seemed too busy, I was put on hold, disconnected. Called back and told that once he went before the judge and the charges were given, they would call me. That was 9am. By noon there was no word. My cousin came meet me. I was so scared and shaking, she told me to call Mark at Shackles. My world turned right side up. I went to the office and immediately they calmed me and I explained what happened, the people I called earlier didn't even call me back. In minutes Mark had all the information he needed and told me that it was a large sum. I made a call to family and together we worked out a plan. Mark worked so fast he could have been released by 2pm. For hours til 8pm, Mark was calling me to check if he was released. There was a problem getting a party to answer their phone. At 7:45 I was happy to call Mark and finished paperwork the next morning. If you need someone or yourself need help with bail, do not even think about anyone else. Competent, knowledgeable and compassionate. Be trustworthy and do everything that's needed, their commitment is epic. Thank you to everyone at Shackles as we continue to the conclusion of the case.
