Without getting into too many details, I am need of spinal surgery due to slipped disk or worse, according to my spine doctor and I am in terrible pain. I need surgery immediately. Due to some confusion regarding insurance, which I have, she seemed to only want to turn me down and push me away. I can't believe how mean and unfeeling someone could be towards someone else. Overall I would rate my experience(including Heather), start to finish,as excellent, and far beyond my expectations. I started having pain from spinal stenosis , and a slipped disc that left me unable to stand, walk, sleep.... I was referred to Dr. Anderson, and within a month(it's a very long surgery and takes some time to line everything up) I had my operation. After 2 days at Mercy hospital(also an excellent experience) I went home. The next morning as I got out of bed I slowly realized that the stenosis pain was gone. Absolutely gone. I'm still dealing with the post-op pain, stemming from a whole lot of work on the affected area, which decreases every day. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Anderson and his very professional team.
