We come regularly and today was a particularly wonderful experience. Staff are well versed in gardening knowledge and on native plant species. Staff patiently explained to us what kind of native plants are well-suited based on the soil qualities and sun exposure of our garden. The staff member who helped us was extremely kind and friendly. All the plants we have bought here are high quality and sold at a great value! In our past visits we also enjoyed the live music and the food trucks immensely. I've always been greeted with a smile here. Excellent customer service, especially when I have larger loads. Ive found what I needed, the lavender colored kangaroo paw plants. I had requested them and they called when they came in. I wasn't able to pick them up right away and they held onto them until I got back from my weekend trip. I also love that they have a beer garden in the evenings with music and food truck selections. definitely a great place to meander and plan your garden. We are costumer since 2002. Always love the selection of roses. My very first home was planted over 20 varieties purchased from gazebo garden. Then we move further away but always make a stop whenever we nearby. We stopped Friday night and they have live music and food trucks. A nice evening to stroll the garden and listen to the live music and while at it we also get thai tea and orange cream ice cream from the food trucks. Also the employees are always helpful and know about the plants. Give them a try either just for the plants or enjoy the evening on the Friday night with live music and good foods. read more

I appreciate that I can get some basic herb plants throughout the growing season and not just in the spring. And don't even get me going on their rose selection. It was my first time here. Went after the movies on Valentine's Day to grab a bite to eat. Idk why I was expecting more! But only seen like 4 or 5 food trucks that was lowkey not as interesting to me... so we left. I do enjoy the beer garden and the garden itself! It's a pretty cool place to try different foods trucks that are there n enjoy the greenery lol and the fact there's a bar there and they have seating too. Some of the seating even have little bon fires to keep u warm. I didn't get to take much pictures cus we was in a hurry to get something to eat before it closed since everything was packed and full of reservations! I came for a plant but also I was curious about the beer garden and planned to stay for that as well. We were immediately greeted by a young man that asked if we needed help and told me the hours of the gift shop and nursery. He also mentioned the beer garden with live music and food trucks. The nursery is really nice to walk through. I loved that they also have fresh herb plants to buy and they had more than 4 variations of mint plants. I had no idea there was even such a thing as "orange mint". I chose my plant and then another staff member told me about the type of plant I had and best way to care for it. He said that I could put the plant up at their register and I could pick it up on my way out after starting for the beer garden. The beer garden was so much fun! They have it Thurs-sat from 5:30-9:00pm. There were several food trucks that offered different types of food from burgers, bbq, Asian foods, ice cream and pies! The bar serves only beer, seltzers and ciders (no wine), sodas and bottles of water. The live band started playing at 6:00pm. People were dancing, eating, socializing and just having a good time. There are plenty of picnic tables for seating but I did notice the later you arrive the picnic tables closest to the band fill up faster. There are also plenty of tables out by the food trucks and they are a bit farther from the music so if you want to get away from the music a bit, there is that. It is such a great vibe to feel part of the Fresno community where families, friends and even singles can just come relax and enjoy some fresh air. read more

I am only writing this review in hopes that gazebo garden will post signs asking their customers Thursday through Saturday to respect the neighborhood around gazebo. I live off of Andrews and I work hard to keep my yard clean. Every weekend starting Thursday night I have to pick up excessive trash from people going to and from gazebo for food. I love the place just as much as everyone else but please respect the surrounding neighborhoods. Hanging out in peoples yards as if it's an after party is not cool! My sprinkler system had a problem today and I'm trying to get it figured out and a customer has the audacity to say "is it watering day?" genuinely made me laugh. I get that gazebos been around a long time. We should all enjoy it but pick up after yourselves and pets. read more

They have lots of neat stuff inside of the gift shop. A little bit of everytbing, but not many fruit trees. That was my reason for going. They must have had a band play for st. Patrick's day, so that is nice. People there seem to enjoy what they are doing. We weren't offered any assistance a single time, but that is fine since they all seemed happy and approachable if something is needed. Came to check out gazebo gardens and the food trucks a few weekends ago. They also had a beer bar and everyone around was so welcoming. I opted for the teppanyaki truck and shrimp/scallop plate with fried rice and hot and spicy sauce - and it lived up to its name, definitely hot and spicy. It was on the pricier side but it really was delicious and I would come back just for them. Hopefully I can return next time I'm in town. read more

wow! this nursery is enchanting. if we had more time, we would have stayed longer. they have their own private parking and there's a café attached to the building that sells gifts & indoor tropical plants. check hours of café ahead of time because the café was closed when we got there. customer service was excellent, everyone was so friendly; they went out of their way to help us look for what we came for. their plant pot selection is amazing - so many unique ones to choose from. the boutique gift shop has an excellent selection of unique gifts for any occasion. it was christmastime when we stopped by so their boutique was beautifully decorated with christmas trees, home decor & unique vintage ornaments to purchase. outside there's a majestic dragon statue in the middle of the succulents, herbs, perennial garden. this visit was magical. my pictures didn't do this gorgeous garden justice. we will return. read more

Come here every few months for the food trucks and cider, but what really makes this place such a great experience is the atmosphere. There's such a diverse mix of people (genders, ages, ethnicities, etc) and everyone is always so friendly. Being from the Bay Area, this place reminds me of home. And the surrounding plants and foliage make it so you can't even tell you're in Fresno anymore. Whenever we need a dose of a more inclusive setting with great food and live music, we make it our business to stop in here. In addition to being a reliable garden and nursery, this garden offers a unique experience in the evenings with live music, food trucks, outdoor space for a weekend evening experience. On top of having a wide variety of plants, and trees , they offer planters, and bird feeders. I snatched 2 humming bird feeders, and got some music in, and Peruvian food from a truck. There are allot of tables but they do fill up fast so locals bring their own chairs. People come and go through out the evening so there is some Rbb and flow. They offered attractions for children and adults. I have to say this causal fun experience is hard or beat! A great way to meet the local community and support a wide variety of local businesses and musical talent. For that reason I have to say this is a must see and experience in Fresno. read more

Gazebo Gardens is the quintessential Fresno place to go on weekend nights-- good selection of food trucks, beer, and live music. And what better setting than a lovely garden with, as expected, lots of gazebos with hidden benches and tables. They even have a cafe! It is 100% charming, and a fun place to wander around and get lost. I usually come here to shop for plants. Compared to other nurseries, they seem to have a wider variety of drought tolerant and native plants. I found this place when I was looking for a plant nursery online. The focus here is more for coffee, food trucks, and the bar. I went in late March when most nurseries bring out more selections of plants and there wasn't much. I mostly go on weekend evenings for the music. My partner says the woman's bathroom is not a pleasant experience. Specifically, the toilet seat badly needs replacing. I've been coming to Gazebo Gardens for their food truck events since 2016. Since, then, Fresno's food truck scene has really blown up. Fridays are usually more lively here with Fresno's favorites like Summertime Pie and Meltdown Bistro. Saturday nights are more chill. It is one of the most beautiful nurseries in Fresno. I love all the cute Gazebos and statues. Now, that my husband and I have a home on Tower, we sometimes take a walk on Vanness from Kuppa Joy to Gazebo Gardens with our dogs to get tea and puppacinos at the cafe. No matter how many time I've been here, I'm always in awe of all the greenery and plants. Hoping I will have a green thumb and enough energy one day to do my front yard. What's not to like? A variety of food trucks, a great mix of smiling people old to young, delicious beers, and live music! A fun place to pop in to eat, drink, and look around. Parking is probably the only negative. They only have a snall lot in front of the business so you have to park in front of people's homes in the residential areas. Often times, especially in the summer evenings this place will have local food trucks come out to their garden area and serve food to people. You have from savory to sweet to choose. You have the opportunity to check out the beautiful garden and grab some plants from their nursery if you want. They have a bar inside the garden as well for you to grab your after 5pm grape juice if you like ;) - there are lots of seatings but it can be limited with the amount of people who attend the venue. -I've seen people bring their dogs, but not quite sure what the rules are when it comes to bringing your pets. Just cool place to come to if you're looking for some outdoor dinner and plenty of food trucks to choose from. read more
