Great date night spot! Different food trucks and music every Friday, Saturday and Sunday with two bars front and back. It's dog friendly and plenty of seating around the garden nursery. I've been going for years and will never get tired of this spot!

What a great place to come and relax. Beautiful selection of plants in every type the nursery workers are very friendly and knowledgeable they are ready to help you decide what you need for your garden success. The gift shop is full of unique gift items along with the coffee shop with its super cute charm and very reasonable prices. Please if you a change fine and grab a coffee and check out what they have. On certain days they have food fenders and pretty good music where people gather for some local gathering experience. Highly recommend

It was my first time here. Went after the movies on Valentine's Day to grab a bite to eat. Idk why I was expecting more! But only seen like 4 or 5 food trucks that was lowkey not as interesting to me... so we left. I do enjoy the beer garden and the garden itself! It's a pretty cool place to try different foods trucks that are there n enjoy the greenery lol and the fact there's a bar there and they have seating too. Some of the seating even have little bon fires to keep u warm. I didn't get to take much pictures cus we was in a hurry to get something to eat before it closed since everything was packed and full of reservations! I would definitely want to come back though and hope there is better food trucks when I go next time.

I came for a plant but also I was curious about the beer garden and planned to stay for that as well. We were immediately greeted by a young man that asked if we needed help and told me the hours of the gift shop and nursery. He also mentioned the beer garden with live music and food trucks. The nursery is really nice to walk through. I loved that they also have fresh herb plants to buy and they had more than 4 variations of mint plants. I had no idea there was even such a thing as "orange mint". I chose my plant and then another staff member told me about the type of plant I had and best way to care for it. He said that I could put the plant up at their register and I could pick it up on my way out after starting for the beer garden. The beer garden was so much fun! They have it Thurs-sat from 5:30-9:00pm. There were several food trucks that offered different types of food from burgers, bbq, Asian foods, ice cream and pies! The bar serves only beer, seltzers and ciders (no wine), sodas and bottles of water. The live band started playing at 6:00pm. People were dancing, eating, socializing and just having a good time. There are plenty of picnic tables for seating but I did notice the later you arrive the picnic tables closest to the band fill up faster. There are also plenty of tables out by the food trucks and they are a bit farther from the music so if you want to get away from the music a bit, there is that. It is such a great vibe to feel part of the Fresno community where families, friends and even singles can just come relax and enjoy some fresh air.

I was denied entry unless I dropped my hydro flask off at my car or held at the desk. Yet everyone and their mom has one. Definitely felt hypocritical....

Came to check out gazebo gardens and the food trucks a few weekends ago. They also had a beer bar and everyone around was so welcoming. I opted for the teppanyaki truck and shrimp/scallop plate with fried rice and hot and spicy sauce - and it lived up to its name, definitely hot and spicy. It was on the pricier side but it really was delicious and I would come back just for them. Hopefully I can return next time I'm in town.

I love this place!! Just recently went for the first time when all the food trucks are there and it's such a peaceful and relaxing environment with all the plants around. They had live music, a biergarten, and so much more!! Love it here.

wow! this nursery is enchanting. if we had more time, we would have stayed longer. they have their own private parking and there's a café attached to the building that sells gifts & indoor tropical plants. check hours of café ahead of time because the café was closed when we got there. customer service was excellent, everyone was so friendly; they went out of their way to help us look for what we came for. their plant pot selection is amazing - so many unique ones to choose from. the boutique gift shop has an excellent selection of unique gifts for any occasion. it was christmastime when we stopped by so their boutique was beautifully decorated with christmas trees, home decor & unique vintage ornaments to purchase. outside there's a majestic dragon statue in the middle of the succulents, herbs, perennial garden. this visit was magical. my pictures didn't do this gorgeous garden justice. we will return.

I bought 3 white iceberg white roses and a beautiful hybrid tea rose and planted them earlier this year, they were sick and had powdery mildew! Now they're infecting my other roses! I'm treating them now, hopefully they will get better. They're not like they used to be...

Support local plant nurseries!…read more Green Hills Nursery is an amazing place to shop if you're looking to spruce up your home with some indoor plants or add a little style to your front or backyard landscape. I came here looking for a lemon tree and some bougainvillea plants. Their variety of citrus plants they have here is amazing. Everything from orange trees to lemon trees and grapefruit to kumquats. I purchased a dwarf pink lemon tree, which I didn't even know existed. Supposedly, these lemons are yellow with greenish stripes on the outside with pink flesh on the inside, but still have that classic lemon taste. I didn't purchase any bougainvillea plants this time around, because of the lack space of my car, but there is a gorgeous selection of bougainvillea plants in every color and variety here. I also purchased an aloe plant that they had on sale, marked down to $24.99 from $50! If you're looking for succulents their selection is a little on the small side, but they do have a ton of tradition outdoor cacti and large palms as well. Beyond plants, they carry every sort of gardening, tool, soil, and outdoor decor you could ever need for your house. During my visit here, everything on the grounds was 10% off because they were celebrating their 10-year anniversary. Im so happy to see a local business thrive and I hope they're here for another 10+ years!

Within five minutes someone came over and actually asked questions. Sun exposure, how often I water, what I wanted it to feel like. That doesn't happen at Home Depot. I walked out with a bougainvillea, a dwarf lemon tree, and some succulents that are all still alive, which is saying something for me. The selection is genuinely different from anywhere else in Fresno. Stuff you didn't know you needed until you see it. And every plant looks healthy, like they actually care what leaves their lot. Prices are fair, staff knows there stuff, and the nursery itself is just a beautiful place to walk around. Big, shady, well kept. Kind of therapeutic honestly. Brought my mom last weekend. She dropped $200 and texted me later saying she wants to go back. Same, mom. Same.

This place is a quiet browsing spot, you don't really have workers asking you often if you need help, which is great for my fellow introverted people. Parking is pretty crazy though, there's a tiny parking lot on the one way street before getting to the building but since there are other local businesses right next to the store the parking gets pretty full most of the time. Grab a coffee across the street and browse, you can easily blow through 2 hours just looking at everything they have to offer. Since a lot of the goods are imported I would personally say the average cost of something would be around $22, so if you are planning on splurging make sure to save a little bit (or else you'll get torn between choosing what to buy, like I have done before ) The environment is also very communal, having a trinket trading box outside of their storefront (not owned by Sour Milk but heavily appreciated) AND a Sonny Angel/ Smiski trading station, and also vending art created by local Fresno artists! On top of their every-day communal outlets they also are huge contributors for Tower Districts Art Hop and they host local vegan food trucks from time to time.
