The guys here are really looking out for their customer's best interest. They're there to answer any questions you have and will let you trying out flavors, units, etc before purchasing. The e-juice they have is top quality and I loved the flavors. I was originally purchasing all my vape stuff online but am going here from now for everything. Normally I have enjoyed great customer service here, but today I was very disappointed. I dont vape much and I like an uncomplicated set up, so when I came into buy a battery a couple weeks ago they recommended one for me. The first time I used it the connection was loose and as I continued to use it, it got worse. They had told me I had a 30 day warranty so I brought it back in and I was told there was nothing they could do and they couldn't fix it. I was told i must have broken it by putting it in my pocket because they dont give out faulty products. This thing couldnt even fit in my pocket so thats crap. And when i told him him that, he just kept insisting i must have broken it. What happened to the customer is always right? I was told I could come back on Tuesday and talk to someone else, which is super inconvenient. It took me weeks to get back in to begin with. I was open to buying another model since they couldn't fix mine and wouldn't take it back but the other model they suggested was more than I wanted to pay and after the trouble I've had they should've offered me a deal or something. I've been a customer of the company for quite awhile and after this employees apathetic, unhelpful attitude I doubt I'll be returning. read more
