The website gave me the option of in person or video appointment. I picked the in person option and a couple days later I received my confirmation email confirming my in person appointment with the address of the facility. I also received some documentation that I completed prior to the appointment. On the day of my scheduled appointment I arrived 15 minutes early and was informed right at my appt time that there was a confusion and my consultation was over the phone. So unfortunately I did not get to see anyone even though I drove down there. Their location is very pretty and calming though.

I could somehow never directly contact the billing department, and whenever someone promised to get back to me, they never would. They were paid off by the father of my children to write a horrible and false letter to the courts in hopes to make me look bad to the courts so he would have more custody and not pay into child support. Not only did they lie to the courts but they violated hippa laws. These two woman are so cold and have no intrest in the mental health of the patients. They let my 14 year old daughter run out session with a full blown panic attack and didn't bother to tell me while I was waiting in the lobby. Police were called to find her and she was found 1 mile away and needed medical attention due to her anxiety and panic attack that was caused by the stress Rachel was putting on her. The whole time I was looking for my missing child they showed no empathy or concern for the safety of my child. These people are in it for the money. I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. They are horrible being. They should have their license pulled.
